Who knew?

I have been struggling with low carb for years and havent been able to get my weight to move even though I work out 6 days a week and kept my calories roughly at 1300.

I'll be damned if I didn't start Judd on Tuesday and I'm down 2 pounds!

i think at some point our body just becomes to used to us holding carbs and the magic of no carbs just doesn't work anymore.

just like holding calories at the same level day after day.

the wonderful mix up of JUDDD keeps our bodies guessing!
