UP day for me, and not really sure.
B: coffee w/coconut milk (I use the coconut milk for the calories on UP days, almond milk for the lower cals on DD's)
D: maybe fried chicken? (Texas girls: Church's is so much better than KFC, right?)
S: lean pork tenderloin chops, green beans (depends on how many calories at lunch)

UP day again for me. Decided to do 2 in a row since there are 2 birthdays in my family this weekend.

I think I did much better yesterday.

Today I am going to eat some DD soup for lunch to tide me over and then eat out tonight. Not sure where we are going or I would plan ahead.

UD and my birthday and a party this evening ... So, I'm eating whatever I want (love JUDD for that) ...

Put some figures into ****** to estimate and I'm sure I'll be fine even with a little sugar and grains (much higher carbs than I'm used to). I won't freak out if I gain some water weight after today. I expect to.

I'm doing Pirate Jenny's alternate schedule for JUDDD, where instead of dividing your days by sleep, you do it be another time of day. I'm doing it every 3 p.m. as an experiment, mainly to help me cope with sleep better on DD nights.

Anyway...

UD bfast/lunch day today.

B - black coffee

L - so far, half a swiss roll (you know, chocolate cake rolled around icing?) Ate it with more black coffee.

I still have 200 - 300 calories to eat before I switch to DD.

I really went overboard on the UD eating (and drinking!) last night, but it will take me a bit to get used to this new schedule. Plus I lost a pound today, so my body was forgiving it seems

When I switch to DD evening, not sure what I'll have yet. I have all kinds of DD foods to choose from - I'm well stocked thanks to all the great ideas on this forum

It's a Spanish wedding and I'm SURE the food is going to be awesome!!! Not counting calories today but pretty much "know" how to make sure I'm near those 1,800 I need to be near!

yummm...those are my favorite weddings. the best food ever. i am with you, i am not a huge fan of wedding cake. actually most cake, cupcakes, cookies i can pass. it is the carby, cheesy goodness that goes along with mexican. that is my favorite food, probably growing up in southern california doesnt help.

My UD portion of the day is over since I ate a nice salad about 1 p.m. My total calories between last night's UD eating and today's is 1,736.

My salad was a cup of iceberg, 2 slices ham chopped up, 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese, 1 T. parmesan, 3 T. Wishbone Lite Italian. Hit the spot!

I will try to wait until 5 p.m. to eat anything else, and at that point will be on the DD side of my day.

The bulk of my UD calories came from homemade General Tso's chicken yesterday and wine. After that, the bulk of my calories would come the Hot Fries, a Pure Protein bar, and that half a swiss roll cake I had today.

I did get in veggies like lettuce, asparagus, onion, mushroom, some cabbage and carrot too.

DD for me today, and after being way too hungry on my last two DD's, I am trying to switch up my DD menu. I am trying to eat a more substantial breakfast with a bit more fat, hoping it will keep me full longer and get me through the day. So here is what I am planning today:

Breakfast- 1 whole egg w/4oz. Egg Beaters, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1oz. Avocado, coffee w/3 tbs. almond milk - 258 calories

Lunch/Dinner- 6oz. Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries & raspberries - 150 calories

Snack- Diet Swiss Miss w/1tbs. Almond milk - 28 calories

This comes to 436 calories, leaving me 64 calories to play with. Lets hope this menu helps me feel more satisfied throughout the day!

In the DD portion of my day now, and just got in from the cold.

Had 1 cup Lite Progresso Soup with 1 Oscar Mayer hotdog cut up in it, and 1 slice of Nickell's 35 calorie bread, toasted, and spread with 1 WW swiss wedge.

Such a warming, comforting and satisfying little meal. It's become one of my "go-to" DD meals.

At 165 calories total.
