Yes, I'm having a good time today

Logging the rest of the soup.

Up to 225 calories. Quite satisfied right now. If I need more to eat before bed, I'll have it.

Such a warming, comforting and satisfying little meal. It's become one of my "go-to" DD meals.

At 165 calories total.
Sophie - Was that Oscar Mayer hotdog a fat-free one? I was looking in the grocery store last night and saw they had fat free Oscar Mayers and was tempted to buy it. I could not find the Hebrew National Fat Free ones - just the regular ones. That sounds like a good idea to hearty up the soup. More filling.

My Down Day was:

Breakfast - coffee and water
Lunch - more coffee and water (exciting, heh?)
Supper - 6:00 p.m. - 1 bowl of carefully portioned out homemade Chicken Noodle soup, 1 lean ham sandwich on Pepperidge Farm 45 cal bread w/mustard.
Snack - 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1 slice of Pepperidge Farm Whole Rye toast and 1/2 cup of Splenda made whole cranberry sauce.
502 calories total.

They are Oscar Mayer 98% Fat Free hotdogs (weiners). I think it was Addict who had the brilliant idea of cutting it up in the soup!
