It's my second DD today. Woke up hungry, so I hope I'm not hungry all day! So far just have had breakfast..

Breakfast:coffee w/half n half, steel cut oatmeal w/almond milk - 185 cals

Lunch: 1 cup canned green beans - 43 cals

Dinner: 1/2 can tuna, 1 tbs. light mayo, 1 slice low cal bread - 150 cals

Total= 378 cals.

So I still have 122 calories to play with for a snack..may have some veggies or yogurt..we'll see!

8pm- greek yogurt

cals estimated to be 680..not quite sure about the steak..still how many calories could 4 oz of steak have??
And you don't know how hard I wanted to just keep eating the steak..

There is always tomorrow!!!
And I can have it with the PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE I am going to make!!!
You did a good job. And, yes... that is totally the way of thinking to get your mind into. There is always tomorrow, and for the rest of your life. A lifetime of days you can eat that, of *tomorrows* when you can eat more. It doesn't always have to be eaten right now, and it doesn't always ALL have to be eaten right now either. Lovely to finally get to that time when your brain just goes, "eh.. I'll eat that some other time.. I'll eat that later.. I'll probably have that in another week or two..

Have a great evening.

Logging a glass of pinot noir & 1 square of Lindt 85% dark chocolate.

Up to 1,570 calories.

About 300 to go before I call it a night.

Woo Hoo is right! You're doing a wonderful job already! All of you guys just put me to shame when I remember what a spoiled brat and baby I was when I first started.

And here's another thing. The sooner you actually get into doing your calorie numbers in your rotation, the sooner you just adapt to them without any particular undue hunger anymore. It just gets to the point where you have this extremely interesting un-hungry feeling over most of your Down Days.

I think you're off and running!

1,727 calories and that's a wrap, boys n girls!

This total includes last night's overconsumption of 275 calories on my DD, and I still came in under 1800 today without struggle.

I live fast n' dangerous, folks and today's menu included such naughty-fare as cold cereal, Andy Capp's Hot Fries, 2.5 glasses of wine, a square of dark chocolate, and half a pancake.

It also included abundant raw cauliflower, whole milk, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, butter, and ham.

Tune in tomorrow for a quiet, low calorie DD.

DD for me.

B: protein shake, coffee
L: Caesar salad w/chicken
D: small burger w/ lettuce tomato, onion and salad w/light dressing.

That's it for me! Not too bad for cravings for me today which is good cuz I ate very well yesterday on my UD. I took full advantage since there was the company Halloween potluck/BBQ yesterday. Great food! Feel like I have a cold trying to catch me though. Fighting it!!!
