EGGNOG!!!
YES!!!
I just realized tonight that I can now have REAL eggnog for the holidays instead of Calorie Countdown milk with Davinci's Eggnog Syrup in it to make it TASTE like eggnog!! I'm so DARN about this! Have you thought about what YOU can now have for the Holidays and if so, what will it be? |

![]() On Thanksgiving - the mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, mac & cheese, and other casseroles, not to mention pumpkin pie and other goodies! On Christmas - the full breakfast with sausage gravy & biscuits among other things. Also, cookies and assorted sweets. |

I made an excellent, real eggnog last year... from scratch. Cream, CC milk, eggs, nutmeg and sweetener of course. It was so much better (to my taste) than the store-bought stuff.
But, I am going to make pies and chocolate chip pumpkin bread this year. Not that I don't adore my low carb pumpkin cheesecake, but I'm looking forward to pie. I eat traditionally for holidays anyway, but avoid the sweets. I'm going to indulge this year though. |

I've avoided holiday meals at family's houses since low-carbing since they don't low-carb. I imagine I'll stick low(ish) carb for Thanksgiving, maybe make a stuffing with the coconut flour biscuits (should work fine!). Desserts may be on the menu though. I make a really great chocolate fudge pecan pie that I haven't made in years |
