I took the liberty of creating a new support thread on the "other plans" board.

It can be accessed here if anyone is so inclined.

Can someone dumb this down for me What would a schedule look like if I ate dinner with family around 4ish?

It appears this could be helpful for me in that I wouldn't be restricting too much on any given day

Is this correct:

B- DD
L- DD
Wait 4 hours
D- UD
B- UD
That looks right to me, Jeanie! Your lunch on that second day would also be an UD lunch and you'd transition to DD at dinner. Also, if you go over to the "other plans" board you'll find the PJ's MUDDDing thread with even more info.

Hey guys! Lately I've been doing regular JUDDD with FDs on Sat & Sun. I just alternate things around according to what's going on or how I feel since maintenance.

Bumping this thread up since there are a number of JUDDD buds inquiring lately.

Here's the other thread we post on: PJ's *Muddd'ing*

this sounds interesting, but way too confusing for me at the moment since I only started Juddding on 10/7/14. As one poster said....it is all in a tangle

lessee....juddding for a month then muddding for a month

it was good reading though.

From what I recall, there was no one who was successful with MUDDDing over the long haul.

JUDDD is very simple, very straight foward and very effective. I'm not sure that people had that experience with MUDDD.

Likewise, I can't recall anyone for whom MUDDD worked in a sustainable fashion.

JUDDD is simple and effective - blending it with other tweaks can muddy this.
