Having 2 chocolate chip cookies with black coffee. Bacon is frying. Planning to have bacon, eggs, grits & toast. :)
edited - skipped the toast and had the grits, one egg, 2 slices bacon and 2 cookies, so calories so far, approx. 375.
up day for me:
No order on the meals but: ribeye cooked in ghee(may pick up a sweet potato at the store to go with that) and a taco salad(no shell) w/guacamole. Maybe coconut milk, frozen strawberries and stevia pureed into a sorbet :)
Up Day for me:
Planning salmon and salad w/ cheese for lunch + yogurt, low sugar brownie for snack (experimental), Mexican for supper.
Putting it all in ****** now to aim for 1500 calories (leaving 100 to play with if I need it).
UD for me as well. I started the day off with 2 cups of coffee (with half n half, of course) and 160 calories of ground turkey seasoned with salt and pepper.
I plan on eating some LC "breaded" chicken strips for lunch, probably with a salad. Dinner will be leftover pot roast w/ mushrooms.
I absolutely will be consuming some *very* dark chocolate at some point today!
4 egg whites 1 ff cheese 93 Cals
L: mushrooms with ff butter (a whole pack:) 46 Cals
D: my beef soup (very lil beef, whole lot spinach) estimated 245 Cals
Night snack: shiritaki noodles made fett style 110 Cals

My first DD, and I haven't eaten yet. Trying to hold out until 11:00 at least since I need to pace myself otherwise the evening will be really rough, but my stomach is seriously growling. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I had some plain herbal tea to try to tide me over.
B - egg whites with bell peppers and mushroom
L - mixed green salad with various veggies
D - shirataki noodle stirfry with veggies and a tiny bit of chicken breast

DD for me. So far it's almost 1 and I've had a cup of green tea w/1 tbsp h&h in it. (22)
Soon, I'll probably have 2 FF hot dogs with a slice of bread, a cut up pickle, a tbsp of mustard, and a cup of steamed broccoli (227).
My last meal of the day will be 2 cups spinach, 4 oz chicken breast, 1 yellow pepper, one large carrot, and 2 tbsp FF Italian dressing (228).
I'm babysitting tonight from 5:45-7:15, which will be hard for me. Feeding kids at other people's houses is soooo tempting to me. Other people's food is so interesting!! I'm planning on going out for a 2 hour walk at 3:15, eating something right after (not on my calorie plan, either a protein bar or a tbsp of PB and a small glass of milk probably), and then eating my dinner after I come home from babysitting. Hopefully I will be able to resist at babysitting. I'll be chewing gum like a madwoman the whole time!!
Especially when those kids eat something really junky(yummy!!) like Mac n cheese.
It's my DD today. I managed to hold off on the food til now. I have my own veggie soup cooling off.
I posted it in the recipe thread! This time I added 1/2 cup chick peas to the mix. :yummy:

i figured up my cals yesterday and i'm up to 460 i believe.
i'm saving my other boiled egg for if i'm hungry later. then i think i'll be up to 550 if i eat it.
so far pretty easy! much easier than the last DD i had.

Just started JUDDD and this is a DD for me.
Haven't eaten yet but plan to have:
Lunch: Shake (1/2 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 egg, stevia, vanilla, ice) 160 calories
Dinner: 1 cup hot chocolate (1 cup whole milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon, stevia, vanilla) 170 calories.
Lots of black tea!

I just made a really yummy veggie soup that made me full and I still have some for my next helping.
All for 250cals.
That leaves me some wiggle room for a tiny snack and will be able to eat dinner with my family.
Just had a bowl of Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with whole milk. UD totals so far: 575 calories.
For some reason even though I've been hungry today, I'm still in the DD frame of mind! :eek: I've got to get these calories up! :laugh: Wow, what a problem to have, huh?
I know I'll take care of a few hundred later with wine. :)
Dinner is looking to be oven fried chicken, green beans, fried rice, and instant flavored mashed potatoes. That'll knock down a few more calories. :laugh:
I was feeling bad about the cookies...
I am just going to be really good for the rest of the day. These cookies have been in my purse since Saturday! Sounds gross, but they were all wrapped up in a baggy. A coworker brought them to work on my DD and I was saving them for an UD.
DD for me. Battling nausea today so keeping it simple

Total 434...not as low as my DD should be (348) but I'll work my way down there slowly.
Anyway, here is what I'm planning - need to start eating the rest of it (have only done breakfast yet)
Pre-workout meal: Peanut Butter Protein Bar (160cal)
Breakfast: coffee/cream; fried egg sandwich with cheese/bacon (420al)
Lunch: Clam Chowder (250 cal)
Dinner: TJ's Mediterranean Stuffed Chix Breasts, Salad w/ranch dressing (500cal)
Snack: ??? I am making pumpkin muffins, so that might be it (200cal)
Maybe I'll have a glass of wine to up the calories too ;)

UD for me...started off well...and went quickly downhill :sick:
Planned a lunch at the local chinese buffet with DH and DH's...who are on half term break at the mo.
Enjoyed a light breakkie of coffee, and a hb egg, with a small piece of feta...so far so good!
Buffet was delish...stuck to meat, veggies, salad and fruit...didnt worry about the small amounts of sauce they came in. Ate a nice, satisfying amount.
Tummy started to hurt an hour later.....:cry:...have spent rest of afternoon and evening on the loo :sick:.
Poor tummy really hurts.....:cry:
Thankfully rest of family are fine...I must have picked up a bug!
Have spent the evening clutching a hotwater bottle to my tum....and will be going to bed soon.
Looks like my UD has turned into a downish day!
So..what to do tomorrow...keep it as a DD...if I am feeling better, I will be starving :down:
Or have an UD...and hope I havent ingested too many calories today :confused:

for breakfast had my fav starbucks drink venti caramel machiato skinny
and some oatmeal with brown sugar and nuts. yummo (and here i was trying to keep my sugar consumption down)
for lunch i had a grilled sourdough and mozarella sandwich with some basil pesto and tomatoe (my new fav sandwich)
for dinner i have homemade pizza planned, Going to have two slices and a salad.
having hot cocoa right now and had a snack of mixed nuts earlier this morning. will put me just under 1900 calories.
i am starting to wonder though if that my UD calories may be to high? I am going to give it another week at this level and then see where i am at.

No breakfast because I went out to lunch with a friend to Panera Bread. Had a half turkey sandwich with a cup of chicken noodle soup AND a bag of chips
Dinner was left over beef stew with a couple of slices of multi grain Italian bread with butter.
And for a mid day snack I had a bowl of oatmeal with slivered almonds, brown sugar, FF milk and a tsp of honey (should have had this for breakfast! :stars::doh::laugh:)
I have a piece of DD/DS's birthday cake slated for a snack later, but not sure I'm going to eat it.
Various tea/coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and coffee mate creamer.
Total w/BD cake..............1,612 calories OR 1,369 w/o BD cake
I had a MD yesterday, not intending to, but it turned out that way so I'm thinking I really shouldn't eat up to my 1,800 calories today. :dunno:
I would NEVER had lasted 2 weeks of just drinking shakes and I would not be a successful JUDDDer now if I had tried it, I would have given up by the 2nd DD, I'm sure.
Had a second helping of both the green beans and mashed potatoes, urgh. I say urgh because my stomach is sticking out visibly - it's all bloaty and stuff. Also, my calories ran over my limit but not too awfully bad. Glad I kept my DD down on the low end yesterday. Guess the damage will be assessed tomorrow, if any! :laugh:

An Up Day for me...
2 thick slices asiago cheese bread, hot out of oven, spread w/2 tbsp unsalted butter and nice slice of cheddar cheese
3 mugs coffee w/half & half
individual pepperoni & cheese pizza with added green peppers, onions, & tomato toppings
6 oz lean ground beef with taco seasoning on 6 cups lettuce, chopped tomato & black olives, a bit of shredded cheese, and plenty of salsa and taco sauce
****** says 2,339 calories and 156 net carbs and 92 grams protein
Today was an UD for me too.
B: coffee w/ hwc and coffee mate, Jody's pumpkin bake
S: lemon zest Luna bar
L: half salami and cheese sammy w/ mayo and lettuce, 1oz horseradish cheddar
S: black forest cherry yogurt and a laughing cow...also 3 fruit flavored mini tootsie rolls (they weren't worth it...way too sweet!!)
D: 2 eggs over easy, sausage, buttered whole grain toast
S: small piece cinnamon swirl cake w/ 1/2 cup skim milk
Total for the day is just over 1800, which is my UD goal. TOM is in full swing, so we'll see how he messes with my scale.
