What did I forget on my Netrition order

For some reason I kept putting it off. I just got it done and here is what I bought....

So...what did I forget that is really useful on JUDDD?

I bought:

miracle noodles (Shiritaki)
Gluccoman powder
3 types of cappella drops
(blueberry cinnamon cruble, chocolate donut and peanut butter)
EZ Sweets (liquid splenda)
Walden Farms pancake syrup

wanted to try those super low cal muffins too.

I do have a great grocery store though. They have a whole section with weird flour types. Gonna check there next time.

I'm able to find oat flour and oat bran and oat bran fiber, but not this stuff that is so amazingly low calorie. But I don't use it anyway, but probably would if it was sold locally and really cheap.

Good choices. I need to order some Netrition stuff soon. How quickly do their shipments usually arrive?

$5 for ground shipping. It said 5 days for me (Texas)...seemed extremely reasonable.

<----- Totally LOVE the PB Capella's! Excellent choice!

I need to make a netrition order tout de suite! I am out of EZSweetz (yikes!!!!) and would also like to order oat fiber to try out these muffins that Joedi eats on all of her DDs!! Gonna also probably find another Capella's flavor or two to try.

Hey for those who have psyllium husks. Are they gritty? I tried making the tortillas with my psyllium powder and it has a texture of sand! Had to throw them all out!

Yes, please! I just placed a netrition order and forgot a bunch of stuff too! A general shopping list for regular grocery stores might be nice too.
