That would sound crazy to me if I was looking at this from any other WOE!

I really enjoyed my Easter celebration with our whole family yesterday. The cooking was great, the egg-hunts were great, dessert was great, all the relaxed, enjoyable eating was yummy, filling and great....it's just that all that food all at one meal seriously put me into a food coma.

This morning I woke up thinking "Woo-Hoo! it's a DD!!!" then, "Who said that?? Me???!!!"

It's now afternoon and I feel so much more energitic. The food fog is all gone. I'm drinking lots of water with fresh lemon squeezed in and I'm "peeing away the pounds" literally.

Was not going to look at the scale today because I had a nice drop on Sunday morning and did not want to see the results of yesterday's UD. But I finally broke down and, of course, it was up. To be expected. Since then, it's been going down! Yay! Bounces up; Bounces down.

What would we do without the wonderful JUDD DD???

We would be poor, lost dieters feeling guilty about enjoying Easter Sunday, wandering around lost, looking for something to eat or beating ourselves over the head with an empty Easter basket!!!
JUDDD gives new meaning to Yo-Yo Diet...in a good way!

My dh now has the girl he married again. I'm at 125, which is what I weighed when I got married 21 1/2 years ago. Woohoo! I doubt I'm the same shape/size, but can't tell you how tempting it is to see if I can fit in the wedding dress. LOL Not enough to dig it out of the attic, but I admit to being curious.

And I get to slide back into maintenance now. Yippee!

This is happening to me, too. I've been eating sooo much on my UDs and thinking that I really need to hold the line better, but I keep dropping right back to 140 after my DDs. JUDDD Magic!

My woohoo is I'm finally under 209. I was stuck there forever it seems. Woke up today to 207! I expect to see a bounce back up but it's nice to see a new low for a change!!

Good going, Traci. The bounces up are annoying, but they always come down in time, and the overall trend is down.

Whoo Hoo Tracy, soon we'll see you in Onderland.

Lol on the overheating, I have left that far behind me, thank goodness.

Yes, my DH too is telling me not to lose anymore, for the first time since we met. He has forbidden me to drop below 120, ever.

Who would have dreamt it? Dr J.

I was shocked to get on the scales this morning and see a new low again. 138.8! THIS is the weight I weighed the day I got married over 36 years ago at the age of 18. I touched this weight briefly (for like 2 seconds) at the end of a round of hCG, but hadn't been able to stay down anywhere near it. Now I KNOW I will!

I'm one of those people who always felt a little jealous because it seemed like things always worked well for other people, but not me. I'd try this tweak and that tweak, this or that supplement, got my hormones and thyroid straightened out, etc. I was even a pretty slow loser on hCG. Now I've finally found something that works FABULOUSLY for ME!

Yay Laurie! That is fabulous! I hit my 'day I got married weight' last week and it was a fabulous feeling. I've bounced above it a couple now, but after 2 UD's over the weekend, that's no surprise. LOL I expect to see it again after a couple good dd's. NEVER thought I'd be there again.

Now I know I can stay there forever.

Well you can never feel that way again! You are the one with the magic secret now. I have never done HCG but I know how much pleasure UDs give to me. After HCG I imagine they are like paradise.

Lou that is a great loss of inches. I used to love the hula hoop in my teens...

Goes to show that the scales don't tell the whole story.

Did you have the weighted hoop? That's what I'd really like to get...used to use one at the fitness center and I got so I could keep it up quite a while.
