Whooo hooooo for all of us. (Also, tomorrow is Friday, which gets a wooohooo all of its own).
Good job, Sissiesue on a wonderful DD total! And more money in your pocket too!

Today was a down day and I've landed around 520 calories. My Woo hoo is I ate a SANDWICH today! My first real one since 2010 - a Togo's mini classic turkey and cheese with a dab of mayo (the tiny round ones). It was so good. And I feel great. This was only my second down day and I felt lousy for the first one. Down days make me feel victorious.

Now you are JUDDD and I swear I am never hungry on my UDs anymore! I just mentioned this to DBF tonight that on DDs I think about all the stuff I'm going to eat on my UD and then it's the UD and I'm not hungry!!

It was initially not all that hard really,...but around 8pm-ish my mind went to food. I had, i guess what you could call a case of "head hunger". I was flipping thru a magazine ( Woman's World - Holiday Recipe issue) and well, you can just imagine what all was in it Anything and everything looked so darn GOOD to me..

I told my self.."there's nothing i can't have, just can't have it today"...and ya know what? it WORKED! I got up, drank a glass of h20 and moved on to other things. This morning i am full of energy and ready to go... Oh and there's a big juicy red apple in the frig that's got my name on it, as that's one of the things I been craving. Not brownies, cookies, chips and so on...but an apple...Now who would have thought
Enjoy that apple and that I have in bold is the wonder of JUDDD! There is ALWAYS an UD tomorrow!!!

OH, the little things that make us happy!! I felt like a Queen the first time I had a Sub sandwich after years of not eating me! I just sat and chewed slowly, savoring every bite!!

Nonetheless, Looking forward to my DD...Oh and my daughter who's 14, asked me what all the black arrows drawn on the calendar meant? After I explained to her about my now doing JUDDD, she said.." Oh good, now you can eat with the rest of us on Thanks Giving day.. She even flipped over to December to make sure I was "off" on Christmas too...

Woo Hoo!

After 2 1/2 weeks of just bouncing around at 165 (165 to 165.8) on Atkins induction, I had my first DD yesterday and this morning I weighed in at 164.4 finally breaking that bouncing 165!

Thanks for your wonderful support. It got a little tough later in my DD yesterday so I read the board like crazy for inspiration

Trying to! I am hitting about 1600-1800 calories, so 300-400 below the suggestion but still not too bad
It leaves me some wiggle room if I miscalculate, so I'm fine with that. It just seems like so much food!
I even had some guacamole on a tostada shell for breakfast to get some calories in early today lol.

A fab start to juddd...isnt it a great feeling breaking a "suck" point?

I post lots more on DD's...and I keep my fav soaps for DD's too!
I am so involved with what is happening here, or on the soaps, the time goes back in a flash!
