It's got a TERRIBLE name, which is why I hesitated to post it here. It's called "Convict Conditioning", and it's available for the Kindle on Amazon, which is really the only way it's affordable since it's from a small press. (If anyone wants to buy the actual paper book, it's cheaper from the publisher's site than from Amazon).

The book is aimed at macho dudes, so the whole premise (i.e., the convict thing) can be a bit off putting, but the progressions are structured in usable way. For instance, the push-up training starts you off with wall push ups -- pushing yourself away from the wall with two hands. Then you progress to one hand. Then to knee-assisted push ups --- all the way up to one-arm regular push ups. I hope I get there

It's worth wading through all the bad writing and machismo to get to the good stuff, IMHO.

Ha ha!!!
A few weeks ago, I posted that JUDDD is so flexible, you could probably do it in prison if you had to!

Vicki,
I have one of those belts!
I don't really even like belts, and can't remember why I bought it, but it barely fit me at the time and didn't look particularly good on me...
But it sure would be nice to be able to buckle it one of these days!

WOE: JUDDD for life, baby!!
Start Date: Feb 2009; RESTART: Nov. 2011 as EX-LCer
I posted this on my own thread because I wanted to thank Beeb and Pat, but I thought I should post it here as well:

First week: 500-600 STRICT DDs; not counting UDs: lost 4 lbs.
Second, Third and Fourth weeks: same plan: maintained for 3 WEEKS!
End of fourth week: I read a bizillion posts on just as many threads in this JUDDD forum; listened to Beeb and found what I thought were good numbers for me, talked my numbers over w/Pat and listened to BOTH of them telling me some people REALLY need to count their UD cals because they don't realize how many cals they are really eating.
FIFTH WEEK: STRICT 500-600 DDs/COUNTED 1700 UDs
weighed in this morning; 3 MORE LBS LOST!!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Brilliant, we all find the way that works best for each of us.

I travelled back up to my London home today and am going to the theatre with friends tonight. We will eat at the Japanese restaurant nearby, so it is lovely, lovely Sashimi for me tonight, with green tea.

I just took measurements and have lost inches by JUDDD alone, no exercise. However, I am thinking of starting Callanetics back up any day now, lol. Callanetics helped me lose so many inches even though my weightloss was crawling on LC.

Here are my befores (meaning after some weight loss on LC but before I started Callanetics):

bust - 42 in.
waist - 32 in.
hips - 43 in.
thighs - 40 in.

Here are my results, you might say on Callanetics alone, because I started doing them when my LC loss was at a crawl. This was the last time I measured from Callanetics in mid Sept.

bust - 37 in.
waist - 29 in.
hips - 41 in.
thighs - 37 in.

And here are my results, you might say on JUDDD alone, because I haven't done any exercise since I started in mid Oct.

bust - 37 in.
waist - 28-1/2 in.
hips - 39-1/2 in.
thighs - 36-1/2 in.

I can't believe how tiny my upper body looks compared to what it was before Callanetics and weight loss. Love the tiny (for my build) waist, and I love, love, love having a smaller bust! It's not "small" at this size, but definitely smaller than what I was lugging around before, and I feel so much sleeker and free-er and I think I look better too.

Once I get back into the Callanetics, my bod is gonna be unstoppably hot!

I was just thinking as I was reading that you must look sleeker and younger too. I always think of slender as looking younger.

I've heard great things about callanetics.

We'll *need* this for when the DIET POLICE find out about the positively criminal food we're eating here at JUDDD. I think they'll actually throw away the key....

At least we'll be slim despite wearing stripes.
