Anyone do 2 MD's In A Week?

Just curious how it worked out for you!

I had one on Monday, as I needed Tuesday to be an UD.
Today should be an UD...but had a real stressy day...and didnt feel like eating much..so just made it another medium...with an UD tomorrow!

hugs

Jo, you can certainly do that. A MD is just the average of your DD and your UD, as you well know.

But, you won't want to do them real often from the standpoint that they then keep your calories more centered in one mid-range calorie level, rather than keeping them bouncing and pounding between the ceilings of your calorie numbers.

You want to always resist lowering your calories (Medium Day) and holding them to that lower level (doing many of them in a short period of time), but just doing a couple in one week in order to make UDs show up on the days you want them to fall on isn't going to hurt you much at this time.

This isn't anything that you are going to start doing real often. You're not planning to start having lots of lower calorie MDs taking over the good up/down rotation. Right? So I don't see how doing it occasionally can hurt all that much.

LOL to the oatmeal! I'm doing a severe DD today to make up for ruining it yesterday (up to 256 calories so far) and the first thing I ate after my mug of black coffee was a bowl of oatmeal.

Oatmeal fills me and keeps me feeling full for hours.

I just LOVE the stuff..esp with walden farms syrup, and some cinnamon....if I had to choose between cake n oatmeal...oatmeal wins..every time!

I AM a scottish lass though...so I suppose its in my genes!

Good luck with the severe DD...sounds very frightening! :-)
