Finished the day at 375 calories
Over the course of the day I had: -2 cups of diet swiss miss hot cocoa (50 cals) -a turkey hot dog w/mustard and a pickle (50 cals) -pumpkin/gluc pudding (20 cals) -two lc tortillas with 2 laughing cow wedges (170) -3 cups of spinach Now off to bed so I can enjoy my UD tomorrow! |

I used a quart of low fat low sodium chicken broth and added a little sea salt, onion powder and minced onion and added dried parsley and sprinkled in some black pepper. I found out while cooking that I was out of soy sauce or I would've added that instead of the sea salt. I am salt sensitive though so I watch it on the sodium. My teenage son liked it (believe it or not)! I hope yours turns out yummy! I probably could've added some garlic w/o too much trouble too but forgot. Also add the broccoli in later as it tends to get mushy if cooked too long.
