So hungry I'm sick to my stomach...

OK, have you gals experienced this?

I noticed two DDs in a row, when I eat miracle noodles and shirataki noodles for lunch. Didn't notice it but finally made the connection just now. I'm so hungry that it actually feels sick to my stomach. Is it because there's really no nutrients in those noodles?

Thanks!

There was a time these noodles made me sick to my stomach when I was doing LC. I'm not sure why, but even this time and though I like them now I still don't feel right stomach wise after I eat them. I'm thinking the fiber could be the problem.

I don't think there is any nutritional value in the Konjac yam noodles. Lots of fiber, though!!

The ones with tofu would have a bit. I use the 0 calorie ones to add some bulk, but always have sauce and veggies along with them.

I have had the tofu ones once and I got the same weird stomach feeling afterwards. I was ok with the taste, but the texture was a bit off for me (i don't eat alot of fruit because I really have an aversion to the texture of alot of them) so i figured that was why I felt off. Interesting that others have had the same.

Thanks for your feedback, ladies! I don't mind the texture, just trying to figure out what works and what doesn't work,

Your guys are the best!!

I thought I'd add that I don't seem to get full when I have very salty foods (like my noodle lettuce wrap with soy sauce), or any high sodium items. Tends to make Down Days pretty boring!
