DD for me. The plan is to have 3 designer whey shakes with almond milk (135 cals each) and a can of green beans for my snack (60 cals). Should be about 465 cals for the day.

soy yogurt (100 cals breakfast) 'lunch' of a plum and a slice of cheese snack- a 100 cal sugar free bar Then it will be 2 eggs for dinner later on. Since it is my first day, I MIGHT (if needed) allow myself an extra 100 cals if I starve tonight. We'll see!! |

Soon: Coffee w/half and half. I did this for the first time last DD after seeing it on a lot of you guys's meal plans (I'm not a regular coffee drinker), and it was so great! Not hungry for so long! (22 cals) Whenever I get hungry: 1 pickle, cut into 4 spears. 4 slices of deli turkey breast. (75 cals) Last meal: Can of tuna, 2 cups spinach, 2 large carrots, red pepper? cuke?, balsamic vinegar (250 cals) After I go for my long walk, I'll have either a hard boiled egg (78) or a Clif Z-bar (130) Total: 425/477 My limit is 504, not including working out, so I'll probably chomp on a few veggies at some point if I need to. |

UD for me too, but all I have had is Godiva pumpkin spice coffee. Just not all that hungry for what I have in the fridge.
Down a pound today to 161! Not much but I am just happy to be moving down! Going to have a sandwich today... with bread! |

Lunch time, I was really hungry, so on my way to Walmart, I went to McDonalds. Got the #1 Value Meal - my first Big Mac in months! Apparently they are calling the large carton of fries that comes with it a medium now, and you have to pay extra to get the large. But whoo-ee
that's more than enough fries as it is! I could only eat half of them. Ate them with a couple packets of ketchup. Had a diet Coke since I didn't want anymore hfcs than I was already getting.Anyway, according to ******, I'm at about 990 calories so far. While I was at the store, I stocked up on Russell Stover's Sugar Free candy, some more protein bars, and bought generic Egg Beaters (these are actually lower calorie than the plain egg whites I bought before).

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC. MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too |

Holy cow
I was so hungry again just four hours after the Big Mac and half container of fries, that I heated up some of my homemade pizza I made yesterday and saved for today, my UD. It's a thick crust with mostly veggies, and I had about an oz. of sour cream n onion potato chips with it, then followed that with the rest of the container (about a cup and a half!) of whole milk yogurt with a chopped up pear in it and 2 teaspoons sugar free strawberry jam stirred in. And am I ever full, I shouldn't have finished the yogurt, it was too much. Man oh man, I feel like a pig at the trough! I'm pretty much at my calorie limit now, maybe a couple hundred calories left. |

My first day was a DD and it went well.
12pm- turkey meatballs 6 oz of baby carrots(steamed) 230pm- 6 large hardboiled eggwhites 1 cup frozen strawberries 6pm- chicken 2 cups broccoli 551cals I'll have a protein shake if I'm absolutely famished before bed. So between 550-700 seems like a good place to start for DDs! |

UP day for me I started off with 2 mugs of coffee and 2TBS of half n half in each cup. YUM
I had sushi for lunch and I have NO IDEA how to count them calories. I asked at the sushi place if they had a calorie count of their rolls and of coarse not. I guess I will try to google sushi and see If I can get close. ![]() |

WoW Sophie...you are having a feast of an UD! AND you are still under your limit! What cals and carbs are you aiming for?
I adore greek yogurt with sugar free jam...its hard to stop eating it once I start! Definately on the UD menu for tomorrow! DD for me today B - Chai tea & 1/2 T cream - 35 L- Homemade shirataki noodle soup - 63 DD super low cal muffin -63 D - HUGE salad, with half a tin of tuna, & WF cal free dressing -112 1/3 cup stewed rhubarb & 25g FF greek yog - 23 S - Gluc pudding, made with 1 scoop choc protein powder, & 1 T cocoa powder - 117 2 coffees, each with 1T coffee mate - 60 100g carrot battons -26 Total 499 cals 17g fat 34g carbs 57g protein Also had a good workout.....45 mins cardio, 30 mins fixed weights. hugs Jo x

Well I'm still sick
but decided to slowly get back into the swing of Juddd...lost the 1b I gained so back to my 2lb loss for my first week of Juddd. I still have this horrible cough and got some cough syrup with codine from urgent care. I think I will make this a DD because I'm not that hungry. Slept all day and just had "breakfast" at 3pm! Some weight control oatmeal...it was warm and soft so it was great for my throat...later I'm thinking of having some eggbeaters with a FF hebrew national hotdog and diced onions scrambled with it. Boy do I wish I had some miracle noodles and chicken broth to make a soup for myself...![]() |

DD for me today...
B: coffee w/ h&h (39) L: large lettuce salad w/ chopped grape tomatoes and SF raspberry vinaigrette, tuna packet mixed w/ 2T lite miracle whip and some seasonings (182) S: 1/2 cookie (90) D: garlic herb chicken breast w/ FF cheese on top and sour cream/salsa for dipping (197) That brings me to a shade over 500...but I can't seem to stop sampling the very nommy dinner I made for the fam (garlic-Parmesan chicken & bowties w/ fresh tomatoes)...prolly another 100 calories extra?? I'm sitting somewhere in the 650 range or so. Gonna plan tomorrow's UD out tonight...all 1800 calories...so I'm not stuck at 4pm with another 1000 still to go.

Ikwym! It IS so hard to fix a tasty family meal on a DD! I had sausages, veggies and spices cooking in the slow cooker all day for my family's dinner....far too high cal for a DD...and the smell was a constant torment! Hugs Jo X |

Well, I haven't had anymore hunger since about 4 p.m. so I guess I did need all that food today! Pretty much all of it was eaten in about a 4 hour window.
Wow, Big Mac, french fries, pizza, wine.... yeah this really feels like a diet! ![]() I'll be ready for a quiet DD tomorrow. ![]() |

Well the totals are in for my first day back on track. It was a DD but my count was about 100 more than I wanted but I'm okay with that...still trying to recoup so I will go back to my 575 totals for DD when I'm 100% again

Oh I just totally blew it! I felt so sick/hungry that I had an entire bag of light popcorn, which wasn't so bad. Then shopping at Costco and bringing home one of their rotisserie chicken, while starving, led to binging on the chicken. So much so that DH asked "today is your UD?"

(Eggplant and onion nuked then mashed and drained, add a little oatmeal for body, lots of Italian spices, parmesan cheese, and a bit of egg, then pan-fried) Over calories and over carbs, but still down a pound this morning. I think TOM may be a factor in the sugar binge. |
