It's TUESDAY - what are you eating ?
For me it's a much-needed DD.
B - black coffee
L - 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/2 cup egg white with 1 T. chopped green onion, 2 mushroom slices, chopped, seasonings, cooked in a "hint" of evoo.
Not sure what I'll do later, but this meal sure leaves me plenty of room at about 88 calories :)
DD today. Went out to Pho noodle shop after dentist and book shop (husband's fave, so gave in). Ate about 400 calories in soup (mostly lean meat, broth, veggies, and only some of the noodles).
Plan for an egg or cheese this evening with lots of veggies (I have green beans, or spinach/tomatoes already made up).
B: coffee with FF HH, 1/4 c oatmeal with almond milk (107 cals total)
L: japanese omlette with 3 eggs, soy sauce, stevia, butter. 1/3 apple, a celery stalk (409 cals)
S: 1 c pineapple, 1 wedge laughing cow, 2 stalks celery (122 cals)
D: probably chinese after my class, have about 1000 cals to play with.
3.5 hours since lunch and I'm hungry again.
Having diet Dr. Pepper and 3 pieces raw broccoli, 3 pieces raw cauliflower, 3 baby carrots, 2 T. Philadelphia 1/3 less fat chive & onion cream cheese.
Still under 200 calories - yayy! :)
I'm on an UD today. Making sure I get all of my calories and then some, since my last 3 days were DD, MD, DD. I had to keep telling myself to eat, even when I felt it unnecessary based on my level of hunger (or lack thereof).
B: small coffee w/ 1 Tbls hwc, 2 chocolate chip cookies and 1/4 of a chocolate chip muffin :o (we were celebrating a student's birthday)
S: Jody's pumpkin bake
L: salami and cheese w/ lite miracle whip on 2 lettuce leaves, and a peach chobani
S: Luna bar, honey wheat pretzel braids
D: 4 oz country style pork ribs w/ sour cream, potato w/ butter
S: 2 bites chocolate cake (no frosting)
Ugh. So very full. 1813 calories. I sure hopes this helps keep me from feeling "ravaging" on my DD tomorrow.
Today is an UD for me, and boy did I take advantage of it! I went ahead and upped my allowed UD calories to 1800 instead of 1600 since I have lost 3 lbs in 3 days even though I (on accident!) ate 2200 calories on my first UD. I figure, why make my body get used to less calories unless I absolutely need to?
I had 1/2 a roll of italian pork sausage for breakfast, and lunch consisted of my favorite frankenfood: atkins dark choco decadence bars
Dinner was spicy chicken rama made with super fresh ingredients.
Total calories: 1800
Had a 200 calorie protein bar with decaf about an hour ago - first thing I'd eaten since 5 p.m. I think I'll finish the day out with a diet Swiss Miss.
My easiest DD so far, and a total of 414 calories.
