DD for me!

B - egg white omelette, with ham, salsa and mushrooms
Coffee & coffee Mate

L- Large mixed salad with ham & walden farms dressing

D- Homemade chicken noodle soup
Coffee & coffee mate

S - Gluc pud made with protein powder & soya milk
DD OMM
Stewed Rubarb & 50g ff greek yogurt.

Total
502 cals
16g fat
32g carbs
53g protein.


Had a good, energetic day today...adding coffee to my DD's helps curb my appetite and boost my energy.

Spent an hour and a half at the gym, and feel happy and relaxed tonight. :jumpjoy:

I had a family get-together today and was going to make it a MD, but I managed a DD quite easily! :D I was so busy shopping, cooking, cleaning, entertaining, that eating was not the main thing on my mind. I needed this DD because tomorrow is my bday and I need it to be an UD for going out to eat :)

B - black coffee (I've always been the same as you in that, drinking coffee/caffeine helps keep hunger away)

L (about 1:15 p.m.) - 1/2 hotdog with 2 T. hotdog sauce, 1 T. green onions, 1 t. mustard. Only ate 1/3 of the bun.

1/2 c. cobb salad (I combine a cobb salad and Greek pasta salad recipe and we all love it - I use a little Dreamfields pasta)

1/4 c. peach frozen yogurt

8 oz. diet Dr. Pepper

So far about 330 calories, 21 g. fat, 26 g. carbs, 9 g. protein.

It's 5:30 now. When I need to eat again, it will probably be more cobb salad, not sure what else.

And you are SO close to goal too..what a way to celebrate!

How I wish i had discovered Juddd before my 40th this year! i had JUST started LC, and everyone enjoyed my birthday cake but me! :cry:

Oh well...for my birthday NEXT year...I will be at goal...and will enjoy every bite of my birthday meal!

MD for me today. My goal was 1050 calories.

B: 2 eggs, 1 slice extra fiber bread, 1 tsp butter, 2 turkey sausages (302)
L: ham & cheese sammy on 2 green leaf lettuce leaves w/ lite miracle whip (138)
S: slice of chocolate cake (no frosting involved) (263)
D: 1/2 chicken breast, 2 Tbls long grain rice, SF BBQ sauce/mayo mixture for dipping, 1 banana (449)

Brings my total to 1152...so I ended up over my goal by 100, but since this MD is sandwiched between 2 DDs, I'm not gonna sweat it. :)

DD for me and I just can't get up to the 900 cals I need to maintain! I'm just not hungry, actually did more snacking then I wanted to to bring my calories up, but tomorrow I'm going to be adding some more fat into my UD so that should get my cals right up to the 1,800 I'm looking for. Hoping if I do this it will balance out the cals for this DD. I also may add 100 more onto tomorrow to get the balance of 900/1,800 closer.

Breakfast 166 Cals

2 servings fat free half and half
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 cup, dry, yields oatmeal
2 walnuts

No Lunch, wasn't at all hungry at lunch time today.

Dinner 220 Cals

1 clove garlic
1 cup chopped Kale
1/8 cup diced mushrooms
1 serving perdue perfect portions boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 small Dumpling Winter Squash


Snacks 263 Cals

1 serving Fat Free American Cheese Singles
1/2 serving ginger chews
8 seedless Grapes
1 serving Kraft fat free cheddar cheese singles
1 serving skinny cow ice cream
1/2 serving special K crackers

Total: 649 Cals and 77g Carbs.

DD for me too... I had almost all my calories before noon. We had to be at church super early and I didn't get anything to eat. We stopped at Starbucks and I was so hungry that I got a protein platter.(380)

Breakfast was the 1/2 c. whipping cream (410 cals)

Lunch: Nada. I worked 3 different sites from 12-8 and didn't feel like stopping to eat

Dinner: 4 oz chicken cooked in 2 T. butter with 1 small avacado and a few bits of green pepper. All of the above topped w/ one and a half oz. pepperjack cheese and 2 T. sugar-reduced ketchup.

:console: So sorry you didn't get to enjoy your birthday cake last year, but you'll never have that problem again! :high5: And we can enjoy the coming holidays so much more too.

Well, I finished the DD with more cobb salad and now just finishing a cup of herbal tea and 1 RS NougieNuttyChew (I'm going to have to go to Walmart and stock up - these things are a lifesaver to end my DD so I can go to bed without hunger) :)

620 calories, 39 g. fat, 36 g. carbs, 22 g. protein.
