It's SATURDAY: What are you eating today?
 
I'm doing a DD today...usually do a MD or UD on weekend days, but I was at a Pampered Chef party last night and had bunches of tasty calories. Hence, today's DD.

B: coffee w/ SF creamer (49)
L: spaghetti squash lasagna (135)
S: cocoa coconut tea w/ h&h (20), chocolate gluc pudding (10)
D: I think I'm having an egg beater w/ a chopped turkey sausage link on half a thinly-buttered blueberry breakfast thin (138)

That brings me to 358, but I will have something else to eat after dinner. Just not sure what yet.

Old Fashioned roasted chicken dinner. My DH is in heaven. Watching college football games and wondering out loud how much longer until dinner! :laugh:

Roasted chicken
cranberry sauce
bread dressing w/onion & celery
mashed potatoes
chicken gravy
buttered corn

Which means that on this UD, I get plenty of chicken and a very small spoonful of everything else, plus a BIG salad of mixed greens and salad veggies to fill me the rest of the way up. :laugh: DH is passing on the salad and just wants lots of the carby stuff. :heart:

UD for me...

B - coffee w/hwc

L - 3 pork sausage links, 1 egg fried in evoo, 1/2 c. fried potatoes with 1 T. ketchup.

S - more coffee w/hwc + a s'mores protein power bar

Now having 2 glasses of merlot and maybe a bit of dark chocolate or something with the 2nd glass.

It's one of those "fend for yourself" kinda nights so I'm not really cooking. Not sure what I'll have later.

So, I changed up my dinner. 2 egg beaters w/ sausage, a slice of extra fiber bread, and some lite sour cream & salsa on top. Yummy! (185) I also tried some of Pat's pumpkin pudding. (38) I had to make it wig chocolate almond milk, because that's what was open in the fridge. It was just ok...but I AM kinda partial to my peanut butter-chocolate gluc pud. ;) I finish at 432 for the day.

Continuing on from above, I ended up having:

2 oz. cheese
1 slice bacon
1 pickle
1 square Lindt 85% cocoa dark chocolate
1 T. peanut butter
1 small apple (sliced and dipped in the peanut butter)
2 Russell Stover Sugar Free peanut butter cups

1800 calories. That's pretty much my UD limit, but I felt like I was overdoing it with all the little snacky things :dunno:

I ended up only having 1 glass of the wine though. Since it had been over a week since I drank, one glass had a pronounced effect, and of course appetite increased for snacky foods.

I had more carbs today than I've had in probably four months (hard to get an accurate count sometimes because ****** doesn't have all products on there).

At least I am full and satisfied and ready for bed.

I'm either doing a DD or a MD tomorrow, I won't know how it'll turn out until evening.

First DD for me. I had:

1 c. chicken broth (10 cals)
1 small plate turkey with 1 oz cheese melted over it (360)
A little over 1 c. almond milk with added caramel flavoring and sucralose (60)

Total = 430 calories :)
