It's THURSDAY: What are you eating?

DD for me today.

B: coffee w/ SF creamer (34)
L: lettuce salad w/ham and FF Vidalia onion dressing, 2 CocoPops w/ a lite laughing cow wedge, 1/2 recipe of chocolate gluc pudding (189)
S: CocoPop w/ lite miracle whip and a slice of ham (46)
S: 1/2 of an empire apple (40)
D: FF hot dog on 1/2 slice of extra fiber bread w/ spicy brown mustard & SF ketchup (62)

I'm at 371 right now but am still hungry. I have the other 1/2 recipe of pudding if I want it. But I might have some coffee later...or maybe I want something else that's dinner-ish. Lol. Not sure what else I'm in the mood for, obviously. But I've got 129 calories to play with. I'll update later.

So...what are you guys eating?

I am doing an UD today. And.. ahhhhhhhhh... really a nice one.

Two coffees with half & half this morning, and then a big lunch buffet at a local hotel with my DH. I have absolutely no idea of the calories, but I'm still full from it.

BBQ ribs, a bit of stewed tomatoes, a speck of mixed veggies, a speck of beef stroganoff, 2 pickled beets, 3 pieces pickled herring, 1 pickled chicken gizzard (ewww..... only ate one bite), small servings of pea salad, potato salad, cottage cheese, and two pasta salads, and topped it off with two frosted brownies! BIG meal for me. Delicious. We put in our reservations for Thanksgiving Dinner there. LOL

So drinking lots of water and 0 calorie beverage this afternoon, and not hungry yet at all. Maybe just another cup of coffee for supper.

I have no idea whether I will be up or down in the morning, but trust JUDDD to take care of this for me without me having to worry my little gray head about it one bit.

Did I say I loved everything and ate it all? Well, except for that gizzard thing.

An UD, my first one, but it doesn't feel much different than a normal LC day for me except I have to get in 1992 calories, which is an avg of 500-700 more than I usually feel like eating

B - coffee with hwc (I almost always take it black but I needed the calories this time)

L (11:30 a.m.) - a whole can of tuna mixed with a T. mayo, piled on 2 slices of LC bread, with 2 slices cheese and a couple tomato slices. About 5 potato chips.

More decaf with hwc in the afternoon.
downed a T. coconut oil

D (7 p.m.) - just got hungry and if I don't get the rest of my calories in, I'm doomed (lol), so I had a cup of mixed salad topped with an ounce of shredded cheese, a cut-up dill pickle, 4 thin slices deli ham, 2 T. evoo, 1 T. balsamic vinegar.

I'm at 1335 calories and would normally not eat anymore tonight or just a small snack, but I want my UD's to be right. I read somewhere that it's very important to get all those calories in to make JUDDD work.

I'll eat some of the late dinner I'm making for the others (pork steak and our own brussel sprouts in a creamy-cheesy sauce) and I think that will do it. If not, I'm sure I'll think of something.

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

All for a whopping total of 1128 calories 670 left over!

UD and lots of snacking this evening . I am seeing a trend of eating lots of veggies on my DDs and not a lot on my UDs. I'm going to try to be more aware of this and bring less snacking and more veggies into my UD menus.


Breakfast 221 Calories

2 1/2 tbsp half and half through the day for tea/coffee
1/3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup, dry, yields oatmeal
3 walnuts


Lunch 279 Calories

1 serving Beeb's DD Eggplant Bake
1 slice large Italian bread w/1 tbs whipped butter


Dinner 608 Calories

1 cup hot and sour soup
2 pieces thin crust sausage pizza

Snacks 535 Calories

4 1/2 oz honey dew melons
1 tsp Joseph's sugar free peanut butter
1 serving laughing cow cheese
1 serving Potato Straws - Smooth Cheddar
1 serving Pumpkin Swirl Bread
1/2 serving special K crackers
1/2 slice sugar free angel food cake
1 Sugar Free Pecan Delights candy
2 TBS MimicCream coffee creamer
2 tsp coffee mate creamer

Total.....1593 Cals....152g Carbs

Forgot I had a small pear from some trees on my brother's place.

My total according to ****** is 1651 calories (more than I'm used to eating and still shy of the 1992 I'm supposed to have on JUDDD, but I was pretty sedentary other than walking at the grocery store today, so that's not far off from what the JUDDD calculator says I should have for "little or no exercise").

60 carbs, so double what I normally get.

I had plenty of fat to help offset the "blow" of the extra carbs at meals, and didn't seem to have any issues with feeling bloated, sick, sleepy, etc.
