It's SUNDAY: What are you eating?
DD for me today. Trying to be extra low since I don't know what yesterday's UD calorie number was, since I didn't track.
B: pumpkin OMM...my first try. It was super thick like a heavy bread pudding. Meh. (85)
L: 1 slice double fiber bread, lite miracle whip, thin sliced ham (70)
D: 3.3 oz pork chop w/ sautéed onions & apples and a smidge of spicy brown mustard (112)
S: maybe some jello or I might make some gluc pudding
Right now I'm at 267 for the day. Not bad considering we went to the apple farm today and bought homemade cider donuts AND stopped at the ice cream shop for cones afterward (it's been unseasonably warm this weekend). I didn't give in to the icecream...not even a lick, and my donut is sitting in the bag waiting for me until tomorrow. I win!

B-Coffee w frothed almond milk tukey bacon and cheese egg white omelet 255 cals 5 NC
S-Gluc pudd 0 cals 0 carbs
L-Stewed Rhubarb with yogurt and shredded coconut 105 cals 8 NC
D-Turkey mashed cauli green beans sausage stuffing (LC) and cranberries (SF)
with LC/LF pumpkin pie and LF whip cream 654 Cals no idea of carbs I guess 16 net??
Total Cals 1014 carbs 29???
Still have 775 available calories but I don't think I could eat another bite!
