That's 485 calories for the day AND I went out for lunch today. It can be done! WOOT! :clap:
Having an UD, but absolutely no idea of calories. I attended the monthly meeting at my fitness center for the *elder* members, LOL, and they always provide a very nice Continental Breakfast us of lovely pastries and coffee, fresh fruit salad of pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe & watermelon, and grapes, small fruit yogurt cups, shelled hard eggs, and assorted fruit juices. So.. that was breakfast, and I'm not shy about filling my plate there! :laugh:
Lunch here at home was a bowl of meaty macaroni, hamburger goulash and another bowl of thick homemade chili with lots of meat and beans. (Eating up the leftovers.)
Popcorn with DH on the couch in front of the TV this afternoon. LOL
Baking chicken thighs for supper tonight. DH wants a potato with his. I'm just going to be eating mine with General Tso sauce. And maybe a soda or s/f pink lemonade. Don't know.
A high calorie and high carb day. Haven't the faintest idea how it went. I'll do a good DD tomorrow to counterbalance it. Hope I don't faint when I do my weigh-in in the morning!
Today is a DD for me, and I am really feeling good.
2 cups coffee w/h/h - 85 calories
Protein shake w/ 1 TBLSP. peanut butter - 190
Lunch - Protein Shake - 90 calories
Dinner - 2.6 oz. tuna w/ 1/2 TBLSP mayo & veggies-125 calories
I am at 490 calories. I may add a piece of fruit with dinner or not.
If I make no adjustments, that puts me at 21.6 fat, 32.2 carbs, 42.1 protein
UD for me...
Breakfast was eggs and toast.. 312 calories
morning snack: banana/yogurt, 190 calories
Lunch: Flax rollup with turkey, cheese, mayo, avocado 355 calories (857 so far today)
Afternoon snack: Not sure yet.
Dinner: Lamb skewers and not sure what else yet
Evening Snack: not sure yet.. LOL
Breakfast -Coffee with 1tbsp soy creamer = 20 cals
Lunch -1/2 c guacamole with 12 chips = 270 cals
Snack - Miracle noodle soup with asian veggies = 40 calories
Dinner - More of the noodle soup (2 cups) =80 calories
Snack - SF chocolate pudding = 60 calories
Total of 500 calories
UD and saving most of my cals for dinner out! Actually rethinking the Chinese and may go for BBQ! :yummy: Just posting what I have eaten today so far and will try to keep within my left over calories for dinner. :p

1/3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup, dry, yields oatmeal
Lunch...327 Calories Italian Junior Sub from WAWA! It's been ages since I had one of these! Maybe not a good, healthy choice, but boy did I enjoy it!! :jumpjoy:
0.7 serving Italian Junior (the only nutrition facts I could find on Fat Secret was for a shorti sized sub so I looked up the Nut facts on the WaWa site and figured it from there!)
