Of the capella's, my fave is peanut butter. I use it in my coffee most, it's super tasty in this pudding I just made, and I've used it to flavor LC cheesecake, too. The butterscotch that I have is a LorAnn oil...little bottle. Also nommy in my coffee, but I've also used it in coconut oil mud, to flavor ricotta (with some sweetener), or to flavor a batch of breakfast custard.

I also have a bottle of capella's Boston cream pie. Which is just kinda meh...but maybe I haven't found the right use for that flavor yet. But in my coffee...not that awesome. And I want awesome coffee. I have a chocolate mint capella's too, but again, I think I just haven't found the right use for it.

There used to be a thread about the capella's drops here somewhere. If you did a search, maybe you'll find some good ideas.

Thanks! I haven't been hungry at all this week and I can't seem to get up to my UD calories and we KNOW that I will continue to lose if I can't do this. Let's see what happens, I did a LOT of snacking today, maybe that will bring my weight up some.

I'm going to try the drops soon and thanks guys for the heads up on the flavors you like!

--There's something near my house that's called a "farmer's market" but it's more like a produce market. There are no farmers, haha! Anyway, they have a Cocopop machine. There's a similar product (no machine) at my local grocery store, and they are located in the deli section. Not over by the rice cakes, not by the crackers...but on free-standing displays near the "fancy" cheese and salami and stuff. I can't remember the name...I'll check next time I go.

--Glucomannan products have caused some choking incidents. In Asia, it is popular for making (vegetarian) Jello-like snacks, but they are much firmer than Jello and can get stuck in the throat I hadn't heard about the loose powder having to be pulled from the shelves, though...but it absorbs so much water and can become so firm, I see how it could be hazardous if not prepared properly.

--I love Capella drops! Compared to syrups like DaVinci, there is so much less packaging, no artificial color, and you can control the amount/type of sweetener...and I think they work out to be quite a bit cheaper, too; I use them with EZSweetz, stevia, and/or erythritol.
I have & like: orange creamsicle, blueberry cinnamon, cappuccino, root beer float, cool mint, raspberry.
The only one I bought that I'm not crazy about is chocolate fudge brownie. Maybe I should have just bought "double chocolate". It kinda tastes like chemicals, not chocolate; but then, so do a couple other SF choc syrups I have tried.

Anything you would use DaVinci syrups in--coffee, protein shakes, hot cereal, muffins, seltzer water (for homemade soda), etc.

You just have to add your own sweetener...which is one of the reasons I like them so much!

Those look really good! Also the vita buns..look like they are twice a much "bread"

I think I am allergic to wheat it doesn't sit well with me. Actually the results are quite embarrassing

Today on my UD I tried Ezekial bread and Nut Thins ..so far so good and I haven't cleared the room yet

okay, i know you all have talked about these quite a bit on this thread but what are CocoPops??!?! I have never heard of these, and there's a machine too?!?! I'm from the Midwest so maybe we don't have those here. But I am very intrigued about these.

Also, I think I may give Vita-Tops a go next time I hit up Costco.

I've been wondering about CocoPops too. Somehow I was under the impression they were a frozen treat, like a fudgsicle, but I did not see the name brand at the store.

Yup. This is exactly like the machine in my local wegmans store. Love those things, but I'm out right now. And it's a DD! How did I let THAT happen? I'm getting more when I go to the store later. They're great with a half wedge of laughing cow cheese spread on top.

The Cocopops are a new one for me too.

I found a gluten and msg free beef stock - Kroger brand Culinary stock. It comes in a 4 cup carton and each cup is only 5 calories, 1g carbs and 1g protein. I can see using this on DD's to quench hunger- just heat a cup with some tabasco and it should kill hunger
Oh 480mg sodium, so not too bad there either.

You all probably already know this, but just in case anyone finds a source of fresh, whole rhubarb - the leaves are toxic, do not eat them. And rhubarb has been used medically as a laxative for thousands of years - if you sit down to enjoy your first great, big, heaping bowl (and it is very good!) expect to do some addition sitting thereafter.

We grow rhubarb, but during the time it isn't available, I buy frozen from Hy-Vee. I think quite a few have access to that store, and maybe other stores carry the frozen. It's a little spendy, but well worth it to me!

After all the yummy stuff already posted, this may sound boring;
V-8 the small can has 30 cals
String cheese (don't know how many cals)

I am on call weekends and run all over so I can put these items in an insulated bag and keep it in my car, refilling as needed.

During the summer it's another story since it is HOT here.

I ordered a bunch of lorann flavor drops and the glucomannan just sucks the flavor right out lol.
Cotton candy is my favorite so far. I mix 1-2 drops in 2T whipped cream cheese with 1 drop sweetener when I need the calories
