A Super Simple Weight Loss Graph!
After struggling to make myself a weight loss graph using word....and fed up with fiddling with cells and the such like...I found this:

It is a VERY simple free weigh loss graph...takes a couple of seconds to download.
When it opens up, you click File > Data, and a box pops up with todays date...you just add in your weight...(and the time weighed, plus any notes if you wish ie..tom..etc)
You can go back as far as you like if you already have your weight over the past weeks or months recorded.
You can set your ideal weight to.
Every time you add a weight, it adds onto the graph right next to it..so easy!
There is also an option to print your weight record, or print the graph
Here is mine...I started recording my weight 3 weeks ago...so I could see how juddd would work for me!
