DD here too.
B - egg sammich made with 3 egg whites and 1 toasted piece of sara lee 45 calorie whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup of 2% fage w/ red raspberry torani syrup -- 178 cal (also had coffee w/ HH) L -- OMM made with 1 egg, 1 T coconut flour, 2T cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp, baking soda, pinch salt, 2T xylitol, 1 T red raspberry torani, 1T chocolate torani. this cooked up into a HUGE muffin! and was ohhhh so yummy! -- 124 cal S -- will be a little bit of rotisserie chicken and salad. will just keep portions small. |

Thanks for starting the thread. This is an UP day for me, but, I am finding I am not very hungry today.
Coffee w/h/h - 45 calories 2 pieces bacon - 130 calories Rice thins w/hummus - 110 calories snack - fage full fat yogurt - 270 calories Confetti slaw chicken salad - 250-300 calories so far I am at 805-855 calories, approx 38 fat, 39 carbs, and 45 protein. I have no idea what dinner is. |

DD today!
B: OMM - oat fiber and cocoa version, coffee with milk (3 pts) L: Cheese sandwich using FF cheese, LC bread, minestrone soup, orange (4 pts) S: Tea/milk (1 pt) D: Wendy's chicken salad (no cheese or nuts, only a drizzle of FF dressing), large soda (4 pts) Total so far: 12/14. Leaves 2 pts for another snack! Yay! S: To be determined. |

UD for me.
Protein shake after kickboxing this morning. 160 Grandys low carb breakfast. Bacon and eggs. 420 Kfc lunch. 1 grilled breast, 1 grilled wing and 1 order green beans. 300 Snack of fage mixed with cotage cheese and sunflower seeds. 125 1 serving nuts. 170 Diner will be leftover kfc 1 thigh, 1 leg and salad 400 Ill make to end up about 1700 and under 30 carbs |

Cathy, I can relate to SO much of what you share, lol. I chuckle WITH YOU, not at you, for sure. I seem to be feeling okay. I hope you recover from your dental procedure quickly. That is NO fun. I am not sure what is worse, the dentist or the gyn, lol.

Me too...and its been the first one where I was really peckish...tom in a week, so I think I will be white knuckling it for a few DD's! ![]() heres mine: B - Ouizoids shiritaki oatmeal 22 L - 100g carrot battons chicken soup 109 D - mushroom and leeks, fried with stock, onions and garlic Mini l/f babybel - 152 S - DD muffin Shake made with 1 scoop powder, water, cocoa and ice 1/2 cup stewed rhubarb 10 raspberries 194 total 490 cals 17g fat 28g carbs 55g protein hugs Jo x

UD for me today.
B: coffee w/ hwc (104) S: mashed cauli made w/ sharp cheddar & cream cheese w/ a dollop of mayo mixed in (319) L: 1 pierogi w/ sour cream, chicken salad, one slice horseradish cheddar, small homemade brownie (670) S: 2 mini chocolate candy bars (124) D: 2 eggs over easy, Philly cheesesteak meat w/ cheese (396) That's a grand total of 1613 (my goal is 1610 on UDs...I couldn't have planned it closer if I tried, lol!) and 53 carbs. I may throw in a jello or something later. My lunch was unusually high for me and I'm not sure that I like it. But, after my last UD where I hadn't eaten enough before dinner and ended up short for the day, I wanted to be sure I didn't repeat that mistake today. Hence, the huge lunch I brought with me to work today. ![]() Have a great one, BUDDDs!!!

DD for me! DBF had a chicken salad club sandwich at the diner and I just had to have one for dinner!!! Homemade and Low Cal, PLUS I get a bowl of soup with mine, he didn't
....can't beat that with a stick!! ![]() Breakfast 153 Cals Cereal w/ milk 1/2 serving calorie countdown milk 3 servings fat free half and half (for tea and coffee throughout the day) 1 serving High Fiber Fruit & Nut Cereal Lunch 101 Cals Lunch w/ DBF and DMom at Diner 1 cup Chicken Noodle Soup 3 spears Dill Cucumber Pickles 1 serving Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer ( from coffee at Mom's house before lunch) Dinner 375 Cals Homemade Chicken Salad Club Sandwich with cup of soup: 3 oz boneless, cooked chicken 2 leaves outer green leaf lettuce 1 serving hellman's light mayo 1 serving Organic Butternut Squash Soup 3 slices thin/small tomato 1 1/2 servings weight watchers bread Snacks 54 Cals (so far. Will have another snack or 2 later to bring my DD calories up close to 900 cals) 1 1/2 servings DD Spiced Cider Donuts Total so far: 683 Cals and 74.01 Net Carbs (Leaving me with 217 Cals to play with for a snack later )

Way too much time on my hands!

Not very hungry today. I did have a big bowl of oatmeal later in the morning with some brown sugar and butter in it, and that always is so filling to me that I'm never hungry again for a long time. Come to think of it.. I haven't eaten anything other than that and a couple of raw zucchini sticks. And a glass of s/f strawberry lemonade.
Hmmmm.... Maybe I need to go eat something for supper. ![]() |
