B - egg sammich made with 3 egg whites and 1 toasted piece of sara lee 45 calorie whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup of 2% fage w/ red raspberry torani syrup -- 178 cal (also had coffee w/ HH)
L -- OMM made with 1 egg, 1 T coconut flour, 2T cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp, baking soda, pinch salt, 2T xylitol, 1 T red raspberry torani, 1T chocolate torani. this cooked up into a HUGE muffin! and was ohhhh so yummy! -- 124 cal
S -- will be a little bit of rotisserie chicken and salad. will just keep portions small.
Thanks for starting the thread. This is an UP day for me, but, I am finding I am not very hungry today.

so far I am at 805-855 calories, approx 38 fat, 39 carbs, and 45 protein. I have no idea what dinner is.

L: Cheese sandwich using FF cheese, LC bread, minestrone soup, orange (4 pts)
S: Tea/milk (1 pt)
D: Wendy's chicken salad (no cheese or nuts, only a drizzle of FF dressing), large soda (4 pts) Total so far: 12/14. Leaves 2 pts for another snack! Yay!

I never have trouble with not being hungry on UDs or DDs for that matter!! I think I just like to eat!!

Me too...and its been the first one where I was really peckish...tom in a week, so I think I will be white knuckling it for a few DD's! :sad:

That's a grand total of 1613 (my goal is 1610 on UDs...I couldn't have planned it closer if I tried, lol!) and 53 carbs. I may throw in a jello or something later. My lunch was unusually high for me and I'm not sure that I like it. But, after my last UD where I hadn't eaten enough before dinner and ended up short for the day, I wanted to be sure I didn't repeat that mistake today. Hence, the huge lunch I brought with me to work today. :stars:

DD for me! DBF had a chicken salad club sandwich at the diner and I just had to have one for dinner!!! Homemade and Low Cal, PLUS I get a bowl of soup with mine, he didn't :p....can't beat that with a stick!! :jumpjoy:

1 serving hellman's light mayo
1 serving Organic Butternut Squash Soup
3 slices thin/small tomato
1 1/2 servings weight watchers bread
Snacks 54 Cals (so far. Will have another snack or 2 later to bring my DD calories up close to 900 cals)
1 1/2 servings DD Spiced Cider Donuts
Total so far: 683 Cals and 74.01 Net Carbs (Leaving me with 217 Cals to play with for a snack later ;))

Not very hungry today. I did have a big bowl of oatmeal later in the morning with some brown sugar and butter in it, and that always is so filling to me that I'm never hungry again for a long time. Come to think of it.. I haven't eaten anything other than that and a couple of raw zucchini sticks. And a glass of s/f strawberry lemonade.
Hmmmm.... Maybe I need to go eat something for supper. :laugh:
