My original goal, set at the beginning of the year, was to be under 200 by Christmas. Don't think that is going to happen since I am currently 5 pounds over my stat weight, but I would love to be down a good solid 15 pounds by then. Hoping to fit into some size 14s I have by then.

I feel the same as everyone else. I really have no idea what my body will do and I am at peace with that!

But to play the game: Man...3 lbs a week would be fabulous! ...and honestly much more realistic than I have ever dreamed about. That is 27 lbs I think??? I think there are about 9 weeks to Christmas.

I would be 163....size 10....have no major facial fat at this weight....I would almost be into the not fat BMI territory

My non number based goals:

Truly enjoy the holidays without guilt, deprivation or weight gain.
Stay on plan and not be again thinking "I will start for the new year"
Feel comfortable enough to be in group photos that will inevitably be taken

I would love to have to dipped into the 170s by then.

If lose at least 1lb a week then I will be!

I also hope to have found a good Doc by then. That's the missing piece to this puzzle.

I would like to be 123 or under by X-mas. My weight never seems to stabilize at an even number, so 123 it is!

I would like to be down to at least 180 lbs, which is 12 lbs for me. That could be a size down for me too! And new clothes!

My goal was always to lose a pound a week. Especially since I was only *dieting* on half of those days, but eating so richly and fully the other days. Plus, I was always a pretty slow loser.

Some weeks I did that one pound loss, other weeks might even be two pounds lost, and the occasional week where there was no loss. My weight seemed to drop after a good DD and then pop back up high after a full UD, but I just kept believing, and overall this strange plan gave me weight loss.

that's a good goal.. sticking with the plan for a good chunk of time to give it a proper try. I did, and it worked for me. If you do, hopefully you will see that lb a week!

I have a hard time setting weight loss goals, so my goal will be to stick to JUDDD faithfully and make the most out of it (is that a cop out? lol).

I have been combining JUDDD with a redused eating window and done realy good these
last 4 months. So far I am down 33lbs so by Christmas that total should be 40lb or more.
But as trivial as it is I stil don't want to set a goal weight for Christmas. But I do know
Thanksgiving and Christmas day are going to be NO GUILT UD's this year.

I hope to be at goal (134#) by Christmas!
That is 10#, so if I lose 1# a week, I should almost be there!

Just found this old post of Jodi's in a search for something else, and thought it would be interesting, now that we're on the other side of the holidays, to see how we fared...

Happy to say I DID reach my goal of where I hoped to be by Christmas - I WAS happily maintaining at goal for a month and a half by Christmas
