First JUDDD Weekend

Worked all weekend and did well! And working on a movie studio lot can be hard on DD'S! Today is an UD for me. Had around 700 calories for breakfast and lunch combined and dinner is chicken breasts on the grill and a couple vodka sodas with guac and chips appy. Yesterday someone baked my favorite, red velvet cupcakes but it was a DD. I just took one, wrapped it up and saved it for today, can't wait for dessert. I think i'm pretty good at working JUDDD!
...Will weigh in Thursday morning for my first official week on JUDDD and report in with the results! I feel positive that I will have a loss because I feel looser in my clothes already!

It sounds like you are really JUDDD! It took me a while to realize I could wrap something up and eat it tomorrow like you have already done. I just kept saying I couldn't have what was offered if it was a DD until one of my clients suggested I bring it home for the next day (UD)!

You realized this without anyone pointing it out to you!

And it just goes back to what you and I were saying in another thread that is was the "deprivation" that sets you up to fail...I know for me. Knowing I CAN have that velvet cupcake IF I want it on my UD, makes the DD's that much easier. It makes me work out harder at the gym because I know it will help offset it. You tell me I can NEVER have another red velvet cupcake (even tho I can count on one hand the number of times I eat them per year) and I will want to scarf down the whole box. It's such a mental thing for me...I want what I CAN'T have...it's unfortunately a mantra that isn't just limited to food!

Well done on a fab weekend! Sounds like juddd is the woe for you! Did u pack a DD lunch to take to work? Or were there low cal choices available?
I love juddd too... a month in and I notice a real change in my body, and I am enjoying my food more!
