Didn't see the thread and if this is a double, sorry and please disregard!

DD for me!

B..Smart Bran Cereal w/CC FF milk, 1/2 peach, tea w/FF half and half.....142 cals

L...2 slices LCal Bread, 6 slices Oscar Myers Delifresh ham and turkey, coffee w/FF half and half.......140 cals

D...5 oz roast chicken, small sweet potato, spicy green beans, mixed green salad w/tomato and FF caesar dressing.....444 cals

S...4 Shrimp w/cocktail sauce made w/2 Tbs cocktail sauce, 4 whole cashews, sugar free fudge pop....136 cals

Total.....862 cals

I haven't been very hungry today.

Breakfast was coffee w/half & half and a small bowl of oatmeal w/brown sugar & butter
Oatmeal always fills me up so much, so I wasn't hungry for quite awhile, and then just a small lunch.. 1-1/2 pared apples. I just can't do apple skin..

Snacked on five slices of cooked beets in the late afternoon

Supper is going now.. 9 Chinese pork, leek, & shrimp dumplings, and I'm boiling up some Korean sweet potato starch glass noodles. General Tso's sauce and broccoli and sweet red pepper strips.

****** says about 1,180 calories and 127 net carbs

UD for me, today. Last post before going to bed and too tired to transcribe calories, but:

B: Plain full fat yogurt with fruit and a sprinkling of granola & coffee
S: String cheese
L: Tuna salad on flax meal bread
D: Hamburger and carrot fries
S: 3 cups of popcorn and 2 squares dark chocolate

Around 1500 calories and just can't eat anything else, so did not quite make my minimum. I'm definitely going to start adding whole grains as a side dish for dinner.

I blew LC and JUDDD today.... So bad! I am spending the weekend in a hotel with a lot of full length mirrors... I was just so depressed ( am so depressed ) that I just fell into the " I just don't care anymore" attitude. Sort of snapping out of it.... Slowly.
