It's FRIDAY! What are you eating?!

DD for me-- so I'm falling back on the usual menu. I have to say that the salad is just about the most boring thing in the world coming off my low carb practice of loading in hardboiled egg and meat and using blue cheese dressing. But the up days make it worth it!

B: Starbuck's Grande Skim Dry Cappuccino (93)
L: Large romaine salad with mushrooms, shredded carrot, cucumber, celery and alfalfa sprouts & fat free Italian dressing (98)
D: The usual chicken and broccoli stir fry (356)

Calories and cabs: 547/25

WOE: JUDDD!!!
Fun Up Day breakfast get-together with friends. I ordered the classic mid-American small town cafe breakfast... two eggs over medium (soft yolk only), two sausage patties, hash browned potatoes, two slices of buttered toast, and coffee with half & half. Looking around, almost everyone else was eating some breakfast similar to that. No waffles on the menu here, and I wasn't in the mood for a pancake.

I reconstructed the breakfast on ******, in about the quantity that I consumed, and came up with 882 calories! So.. that breakfast has now become my lunch as well. Maybe I'll fix a little salad toward the end of the afternoon, and then a normal supper, although I don't even know what that will be yet.

WOE: No Diet = No Stress! Just eating healthy!
DD!!!

B...1 slice lcal bread with serving of egg beaters and 3/4 piece of bacon (my little Miss Cleo got the other 1/4 piece )....92 cals

L...3 cups Spring mixed greens with .5 oz blue cheese and 2 whole walnuts, 5 homemade croutons and 2 tbs FF ranch dressing......163 cals

D...MEXICAN TONIGHT!! Homemade Chicken Quesadilla: 2.5 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup FF Cheddar Cheese, 2 Trader Joe's LCarb Tortillas (45 cals each) 2 TBS FF sour cream AND a side of one Josephs' LC pita (60 cals) cut up to make 12 chips, baked and seasoned with salt and 1/2 cup salsa!.......368 cals

S...(so far) 2 servings of FF half and half and 1 serving reg half and half for my tea and coffee for the day.... 50cals

Total...(so far with what I've eaten/will eat without the evening snack)......673 cals

This leaves me with 152 cals for something else later which I will try to eat to bring my DD calories up to the 825 cals that I should use since eating less on my DDs usually gives me a loss which I'm not looking for right now.

Hi!...
according to the JUDDD calculator using my goal weight of 125 pounds
I get 358 DD and 1792 UD.

I am still on first week of JUDDD so I will be doing a weekly weigh tomorrow morning and let you know...I am healing my metabolism right now coming off zero carb IF so I will be happy if I just didn't gain...losses are bonus! I started at 137.

This made me laugh.

This has been interesting for me to see.. how it unfolded and all.. and it sure seems like last weekend's refeed of huge carb numbers didn't cause you any problems at all and your workouts seemed to go well. Right? Do you feel like you are being fueled sufficiently to work out and to feed your muscles? Regardless of what the scale reads, do you feel that you are losing any fat / building muscle?

Thanks! I figure you must be using the 20% weight loss mode. I haven't been brave enough to try that yet! I do between 25~30%, about 450-550 cals.
You are doing brilliantly for your first week... coming from Vlc and IF, too!

Keep us posted on how you get on... From your stats so far, I bet you do brilliantly!
Btw... Your avatar pic is beautiful, so feminine!

Enjoy that food! It's fun to get excited about food again, isn't it?
Funny thing is, for me, I am not getting excited about the types of food I thought I would!
Instead of getting excited over sweets of cakes.... I am longing for feta cheese, cauliflower, tomatoes and fruit! A peach or banana seems quite decadent after low carbing!
Good luck with your refeed and workouts!
