I am not really expecting a whoosh as I am so close to goal. Indeed a month ago my goal was 130, lol. But you never know...

I didn't weigh yesterday morning, but today I am 128.6 which is what I was about 3 days ago and my lowest this year.

Yesterday was my 1st DD and went very well and I ate veggie soup, (about to put the recipe on the DD recipe thread) 2 boiled eggs, a soya late and a 20 gram 'Marmite cheddar bite'. I made that about 409 calories. I prepared some sugar free jelly (jello) but didn't feel the need.

Today is my first UD and so far I have had 2 soya lates, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, and some bacon fat my DH cut off his bacon. Now eating another cheese bite.

Planning Pork with a mushroom sauce and broccoli for dinner.

Pooticus hope those pre-opt test go well. You might later on try this JUDDD without
low carbing. Untill going on this WOE I too thaught low carb was the only way to go
but this is working well for me eating a bunch of carbs. I don't doubt that it would work
even better if I was low carbing but I have not had a good track record staying on a low
carb diet. Well after being stuck at 278 for a little over a week I had a 2 lb loss show
up this morning, the day after my dr's apointment. Not realy complaning it's just kind of
funny how that worked out. Rember if it's your UD always clean your plate !

Everyone sounds like they are doing well!

I am very pleased I kept my UD calories at 1600 yesterday. Although I can go to 1750, I think that only works on days I exercise or are on my feet all day (as in next week, not this lazy week!).

I'm aiming for 500 today, but won't cry if it hits 600.

weighed in at 214.8 this morning after a DD (down .2 from yesterday), keeping on that downward trajectory! I had a big calorie deficit with exercise yesterday, so i wouldn't be surprised if i kept losing tomorrow! (then again i probably wouldn't be that surprised if i didn't, haha, oh bodies...)

i did have an exciting day yesterday though, i fainted! first time ever! i had just come in from a long walk and was preparing a can of tuna before babysitting. i cut two of my fingers on the can top and was running them under water, told my mama I was feeling faint, and next thing I know... she was freaking out because i was very near the top of the stair when it happened. i've never fainted before (particularly at the sight of blood, i'm not weird about blood at all!), but i'm guessing it was some combo of a low calorie day, 2 hours of walking, the blood, and i've recently noticed that my heart rate is slooooooowwww. resting rate of 50 bpm or lower! everything online says not to be worried if your low heart rate is not accompanied by other symptoms, so i'm going to be carefully making sure that i don't start feeling woozy and fainty on the regs!

You might need some extra potassium - it tends to get overexcreted when you are losing weight rapidly. On the hcg protocol most people take 4 pills (99 mg each) each day. I just take plenty of morton's salt substitute on my down days. Cautions for folks on blood pressure medications!

Ave that's scary! Keep an eye on yourself for anything else weird.

Well, I guess my metabolism is weird. Same weight after an up day. Either that, or I really am just at a stuck point!

DD today for me, looking forward to it. I'm going to try to incorporate a sandwich at lunch (maybe lol if I don't chicken out) using the delightful whole wheat bread @ 45 calories a slice.

i'm really regretting my carb fest last weekend.

was up 2.2 after my UD yesterday. which normal for me...but i fear the weekend will take awhile to recover from to get back to my all time low on sat morning. not happy about that. still 4.4 above my low on sat morning. now today is a DD and i know it i will be back down a couple, but then there will be another UD and right back up...so recovery from that 4+ gain seems like it will take awhile to recover from....not doing THAT again.

Still working on 1.6 left from my weekend so I feel your frustration! Maybe you could do two DDs in a row to fix your schedule?

JUDDD magic!

I'm tickled pink for you, and hope you are now firmly on the list of those who believe it is going to happen for them too, regardless if it often happens in really crazy fluctuations and spurts and stops and reversals and upheavals and weird scale readings.

Fun to read this post this morning! Congratulations!

I've weighed myself at various times this a.m. and I am still solidly at 148#.

That's after what felt like a very indulgent UD yesterday that included a full breakfast of bacon, eggs, grits, 2 chocolate chip cookies.... a sugar free peanut butter cup, a "chocolate" Pure Protein bar, a huge dinner of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fried rice, etc. AND 3 glasses of wine over the evening!! And that's not naming ALL the things I ate yesterday. Whew!

Here's hoping to a great DD today

Well I am down 1 lb after my highest calories UD ever. Imagine that.

I ended up with 2083 calories, and 232 net carbs.

today is a DD and I am going to start off today differently. Had some egg whites scrambled with one egg and some peppers for breakfast. Have a pot of veggie soup on that should last me for a few dd's.

Last DD I tried to put off eating for as long as possible and I was just plain miserable. So going to try to do my old WW trick and eat lots of times a day but very low, low calories. Lots of veggies to keep me feeling full.

I keep forgetting about veggies I have loved because they have always been off plan on low carb but i am remembering that even though the carbs are high on them, the calories are very low.

In fact, I'm going to nibble on some now....

10 baby carrots=30 calories

I got on the scale about 1:30 p.m. while I was waiting for my soup to heat up in the microwave. I got excited when I saw that the scales wanted to linger on 147 but finally settled on 148 again. Maybe it will go down and stay there tomorrow and I will have more good news to report! *fingers crossed*
