Sat back on plan with my UD weekend
before going to the gym 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup kashi go lean cereal and 1T sunflower seeds, some sweetener and 1T cocoa, a little almond milk to thin it just a little after gym protein shake with 1 scoop protein and 1 cup almond milk breakfast egg scramble, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/3 cut up zucchini, 3oz chicken all cooked in 1/2 T butter and 1/2 T coconut oil kinda snacked thru day, had a few almonds and some pork skins got home about 330 and had 2 wraps with 2 big pieces of romaine stuffed with chicken, cheese, mayo and salsa snack, 1/4 cup cottage with 1 sf jello mixed into it wasnt hungry at all for dinner so i made a protein shake with 1cup almond milk, 1 scoop protein, 1T pb2, a few dashes of cinnamon and a few dashes of pumpkin pie spice, put in some ice and shook it all up, very tasty had about 1600 cals, 20 grams net carbs, 130 grams of protein and almost 100 grams of fat, pretty good but need to get my fat up for sunday
