It's WEDNESDAY: What are you Eating?
OK, just getting the thread for today started.
I still have to plan my DD menu for today. LOL So far I've just had three mugs of coffee with 2 tbsp. of half & half in each of them.
I just haven't been too hungry yet today, and then distracted playing on the computer and this site and running a couple of errands.
Off to plan a menu for the rest of the day.

OK, I'm having a DD today, and so far I've had three mugs of coffee, each with 2 tbsp. of half & half in them. (125 calories)
So for the rest of the evening, supper and later, I'll have the following:
Supper: scrambled eggs.. 1/4 C Eggbeaters and 2 egg whites, with 2 slices 40-calorie bread, toasted, and spread with 1 tbsp fat free butter (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter) (149 calories)
Evening Snack: bowl of oatmeal.. 1/3 cup oats, cooked in 2/3 cup water 'til creamy, sprinkled with a bit of salt, 1 tbsp. brown sugar, and a splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (132 calories)
Later Evening Snack: pumpkin shake.. most of the rest of 1 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk that wasn't used on the oatmeal, 1/3 C canned pumpkin, 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. s/f French Vanilla creamer, 1 tbsp. 0 calorie Walden Farms pancake syrup (96 calories)
Total calories for this Down Day: 503 - Total net carbs for this Down Day: 51.8
So this is day 1 for me and an up day. I let myself have some carbs I don't generally allow and I'm a little freaked out. Kinda scared to see what the scale will say in the morning, but I know it'll mainly be water weight. Fingers crossed!
I have 100 calories left to spend, but I feel stuffed. Probably the carbs!
B: Coffee egg cream
L: Small helping of lentils with quinoa & water
S: Pumpkin Smoothie
D: Hamburger with cheese in a low carb whole wheat flour tortilla & water
S: Flaxmeal muffin w/ almond butter & water
Total calories & carbs: 1647/50
Protein shake after my jog. 130 cals
B- half cup fage with 1T flax, some cherry sf jello sprinkled in and 1T sunflower seeds on top. 150
S- atkins bar. 180
L- can of tyson chicken, half a zucchini, 1 cup broccoli, 1T evoo poured on top and some spices. 300
S- tuna pouch, boiled egg and some pork skins. 200
D- leftover topping from 3 pieces of little caesars pizza last night. It was not much! Rotisserie chicken, 2 cups spinach, 2 cups romaine, half cup mushrooms, a couple T of chopped onion, bacon bits, 1T pumpkin seeds, 1T drews italian dressing, 1T kraft light italian, jalapenos. about 500 cals
My snack this evening will be coconut bark and a quarter cup mixed nuts. About 400 cals
I hit about 1750 today, 35 net carbs, 150 grams protein and 120 grams of fat.
Awesome numbers for me! I should be in ketosis but I don't have strips and I drink so much water that my pee is really diluted. I think I did notice a faint metallic smell this morning. Ketosis never helped my appetite or energy like some people but my carbs have been really low. I'm still preparing to do thisrefeed Friday. If it all works like it should I should do a refeed every 7 to 10 days. I'm hoping it works. I really want to keep the muscle I'm building but lose some body fat. I was down to 143 this moring! I was so happy. Beeb our stats are so much alike. I wouldlove to get to 140 but if I don't I'm happy here.

D...at restaurant.....Mixed salad with blue cheese dressing, Steak Murphy :steak:(steak tips with potatoes, onion and hot peppers in a brown type gravy, coffee w/half and half and a slice of pumpkin pie with a dollop of whipped cream.......guessing on the high side because I only ate half the meal......819 calories +/-
S......1 serving of Sensible Portions Potato Straws (these are very good, nice sized portion of 38 straws and made with REAL ingredients! :yummy:......130 Calories, salsa with tortilla chips......246 calories
Total for day........1660 Calories (which is 55 calories over my usual 1605, but not concerned because I was a little less than 100 under yesterday on my DD ;)) Can't figure the carbs because not sure with the restaurant foods.
