Jo, you really did have a great DD, didn't you! I usually find I have a lot of energy on Down Days too. Isn't that strange? You'd think a person would just be lying around, all weakened by the lack of FOOD, FOOD, FOOD... but just the opposite seems to happen. Plenty of strength. Tons of energy. And an ever shrinking waistline.

I was gonna tell you guys one thing that seems to help with appetite is the crystal lite fiber packet. It tastes amazing and it has inulin. It helps in the morning with my appetite and it helps to poop a lot on DDs. I feel like its kinda detoxing. You guys might check it out.

Total for today was......746 calories (did have some snacks this evening) and 66.67g carbs!

Good DD!

Edited to say: Today is now Wednesday and I'm down in weight to 141. I now know I will need to eat almost all my DD calories to maintain or I will continue to lose and I really am VERY happy where I'm at right now!

Isn't it the strangest thing to arrive at a weight where you are happy with your appearance and weight, and then have to conscientiously make the eating effort to keep your weight up there where you want it to stay?

And all the while you're doing it on a diet that is fuller and more generous in its variety than you've been at for quite some time. Hmmmm..... Now how could that be? Oh! Right! It's JUDDD!

Oh! I guess none of us got around to posting the Wednesday thread. Too busy gabbing on other subjects, I guess.

Off to start a Wednesday thread right now. Look for it.....
