UD for me today....and I seem to have spent most of my day in the kitchen!
B - 2 eggs, slice of corned beef, 50g feta, spring onion, 1 T red fat sour cream - 356
L - Vanilla protein shake made with greek yoghurt, high fibre muffin, 1 cherry tomato, 2 cups chai tea with cream 372
D- Sloppy joes, sweet and sour cabbage, and a revolution roll - (all taken from vanessa site "healthylivinghowto")
1 and a half Apple walnut scones (courtesy of beebs recipe!) 863
S - 1 oz pork scratchings
11 small strawberries
stick sugar free gum
Coffee with 1 coffee mate 180
I actually feel a tad embarassed when listing my UD foods...it seems I am eating SO much! Especially as I am somewhat of a picker....I like a lot of small things, rather than a few big ones...sure makes for a LONG list! :o
I carefully weigh and calorie count everything...so I am surprised the count isnt higher.
I like to be a bit under my allowance...just incase I have calculated anything wrongly!
B......Dottie's Biscuit which was tweaked by Pooticus and then tweaked by me to Lcal (I will be posting this recipe tonight) with egg beater and 1/2 slice bacon......92 Cals
No L.....too full from late Breakfast
D....Left over pork roast...3.5 oz, made into a stove top Alfredo type thing with a large portabella mushroom, sliced onions, green cabbage, CC FF milk, grated cheese, garlic, Italian spices and 1/2 tsp gluc powder to thicken it up! This was made a HUGH plate full!...... 230 Cals
S....so far for today......Cranberry Almonds Thin Cookies.....100 Cals
Will probably have another snack or 2 before bed, but right now I'm so full but I'm only at 501 calories for the day and I'm thinking I should up that a bit to get to at least 700 so I won't lose tomorrow. <<<<<OMG, did I really say that?! I NEVER thought I would be concerned about losing weight! :eek::D

have always wondered what US "biscuits" are like...in the UK, biscuits are what you call cookies...but I beleive the US biscuit is something completely different!
UD for me today. I am getting my cals up. I ate a little over 1700 today! Wow!!!
Protein shake after my workout this morning. 1 scoop protein, 1T coconut oil, 1 cup almond breeze
Breakfast. Half cup fage, 1T sunflower seeds, omelet made of 2 eggs, 3oz chicken and half oz shredded cheese
Lunch. Canned shrimp, 1T mayo, 1 boiled egg, 1 lowcarb tortilla
Snacks. Southbeach nut pack, 1 boiled egg, 1 serving pork skins
Dinner. Rotisserie chicken over spinach, romaine, mushrooms, broccoli, bacon bits, shredded cheese, 1T drews italian dressing and 1T kraft light raspberry vinagrette.
I may have a snack later of sf jello with a quarter cup of fage. This will add 30 cals.
I'm going to lunch with some friends from work tomorrow so wish me luck with my DD. I'm thinking I will be fine. Where we are going has a salad buffet. I will get it to go an just eat a little at lunch and then take the rest with me to eat on the rest of the day. I figure ill pile it up with spinach, spring mix, some broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber, a little tomato, a little bit of egg and some cotage cheese. Ill just put some red wine vinegar on it and call it good. that total salad should only be about 300 cals, if that.
