****** question
Why do a percentage of my calories show up as alcohol? I'm not drinking any every day. This is puzzling to me.

Can you give me an example of foods your eating on days it says alcohol? I always assumed it was sugar alcohol, but if you mean the pie graph, mine shows zero even with something added that includes sugar alcohol so I'm stumped. Try looking at the nutrition on each item you ate that day and see which one is listing alcohol as a value

Ok. here is a days worth of food. says 6% alcohol. Hamburger with bun. fries, skinny late 16oz, p-nut butter, whole grain bread, canned light peaches, fat free yogurt, sugar free cherry. jam, a few mixed nuts and a club sandwhich. probably not what most would it but it works for me.
here is a dd menu with 7% alcohol. 2 hard boiled eggs, a little mircle whip light, fat free yogurt, sugar free cherry jam and multigrain sandwhich rounds. Last edited by JoLi; 09-14-2011 at 11:03 PM.. |

I don't have that feature on Fat Secret but maybe you can take it out, not have it on your tracking at all?
