It's Wednesday, What Are You Eating Today?

UD today!! I just UDs, but I wish I was hungry!

So far today I had a left over 1/2 a Rubin Sandwich w/fries, 2 cups of coffee, 1 cup of tea, all with half and half, an apple and a handful of almonds.

I have NO idea what I'm going to have for dinner, but I'm thinking something else that is frozen to help clean out my UD meals in there.

LOL! I'm doing the *making the meals out of leftover odds and ends* today too. For lunch I gave DH the other half of a tomato soup from two days ago and the 2 slices of leftover pepperoni pizza from two evenings ago. Tonight he's looking forward to the leftover pork roast, finishing up the last of the broccoli before it gets all floppy, and some roasted potatoes and gravy. He'll be happy. He's a true meat and potatoes guy. -- I made egg salad this morning with egg whites, chopped onion and red pepper, with sf miracle whip and relish, and... I added in some chopped shirataki noodles to bulk up the meal. That was breakfast. For lunch I used up the last of my chocolate almond milk and Hoods' chocolate calorie countdown milk, with coffee and protein powder.

I have the refrigerator about emptied out of any leftovers, so more room for grocery shopping on Friday. I'm doing a DD today as the last two for me have been an UD and a MD. Time to drop a couple of pounds again.
