Its FRIDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
UD for me today...and just about managed all my UD cals (1925...based on light exercise, 1-3 times a week...I go to the gym 3x a week!)
1 slice corned beef
Coffee n cream X 2
Tuna salad -Tuna mixed with cottage cheese, 2 gherkins, celery, 1T sour cream, 1/2 T peri-peri sauce, 1 spring onion
1 serving gluc choc pudding
1 Blueberry muffin
2 0z pork scratchings
Homemade fish casserole
Spicy asian cabbage (lindas low carb)
It was a bit of a stuggle...for some reason I find it hard to see any number over 1700 :dunno:
If tom ever comes, I can start weighing regularly, and see if my UD amounts are right for me!

1T co after my workout. I have this every morning
Half cup fage with 1T cocoa about 10am
1 boiled egg
Brought a baggie with raw veggies
Half a cucumber
2 celery stalks
3oz baby carrots
Dinner was a big salad with spring greens, mushrooms, tomato, a litle onion and 1 boiled egg. Used maple grove farms sf raspberry vinagrette.
Snack of sf applesauce
