I am SO not hungry today! Breakfast actually was at 12 pm! :confused::laugh:
Breakfast.... 2 slices bacon (76 cals), microwaved and 1 piece wheat toast (80 cals) with tea/FF 1/2 &1/2 (21 cals)..... Total 167 Calories
Lunch....2 servings Beeb's DD Chicken Soup (136 cals) (only eating half and saving half for dinner) with 3 oz of boneless chicken breast (142 cals) added and 1 Knorrs chicken bouillon with 2 cups water added (20 cals).
Dinner....The rest of Beeb's DD Chicken Soup. Total calories for lunch AND dinner....Total 298 Calories
Snacks so far. 1 peach and 1 package of Cranberry Almond Thin Cookies (got these at Costco and they are really good!) Total so far 138 Calories
Not sure if after I eat the rest of my soup after clients tonight at 8:30 if I'm going to want anything else, but my total for the day right now is 633 Calories which includes 2 cups of tea/coffee with FF 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 serving of coffee mate (HATE the ingredients, but LOVE this in my coffee on DDs. :dunno:) Since I am aiming for 825 I just may have a snack later tonight while watching my Korean Drama online. We will see! ;)
Think i will make some chicken soup for my DD tomorrow..yours has whetted my appetite!
UD for me today: ( I am having a lot of tom cravings, as you can tell by the amount of sweet foods!)
B - coffee n cream, slices bacon, 2 eggs & 1 oz of feta, mixed with 1 T sour cream - 526
L- Mixed leaf salad, with cherry tomatos and cottage cheese,& lemon pepper dressing - 101
S - apple and mandarin snack bag -40
D - Spinach & hamburger casserole (lindas low carb) with Mexi cauli rice (vanessas healthy living site) coffee n cream - 618
S - 1 blueberry muffin (vanessas recipe)
1 packet pork scratchings (1 oz)
2 pieces ouizoids fudge
Chai tea & cream - 528
(plus a serving of gluc pudding...made it as an experiment, and had to eat it!) - 49
Cant quite believe the amount of food I have put away today....it feels more like 2800 cals...and its not even my cal limit, which is about 1950!!
It is my natural inclination to try and push my UD cals down...but sohappy commented that this may not be the best idea, she says that she thinks it is the big differences between the up and downs that keep our metabolism revved up...and if I CAN eat this well...why not??
Havent weighed yet, as tom is due...so time will tell!

Joedi I'm having with this too. I know I need to get my cals up on my UDs but I'm having trouble. I need to actually add some cheese back into my diet. :-)
Breakfast was the dukan pancake but I added half scoop of protein
2T oat bran half scoop protein 2T egg whites 1T cocoa fried into a pancake and 1T sf syrup on top with a few strawberries. About 160 cals
I made soup with 1 can chicken broth, 1 cup broccoli, half a large zucchini and 1 cup butternut squash
Made into 2 servings. Sipped on 1 all day and had the rest for dinner. About 200 cals
1 serving of mixed nuts. 170 cals
Cucumber 20 cals
Ended a little over 600 cals

How long have u been doing juddd, and how are u managing the DD hunger? Mine is getting better, but my tummy gurgles something awful!

How many cals r u given for your UD? Mine are 1925... Haven't managed more than 1800'ish so far.... Could do, but kind of a mental road block... maybe I should batter it down with chocolate... lol!
( DD cals are 670 - on 35% weight loss)

OK, I did snack tonight after my dinner, which I changed to a low cal wrap with turkey, low fat bologna, lettuce, tomato and my own yogurt/mayo dressing for 185 calorie, instead of the other half of my soup at 149 calories.
With an large apple and 1/3 of a serving of Special K Cracker Crisps added, plus the difference between the soup dinner and the wrap dinner my total for today came to 823 calories. I am under by 2 calories on my low end of my DD calories of 825 still. Happy about this! :up:
This time I have been doing juddd for 2 weeks now. Well almost 2 weeks. I have had 5 DDs so far. I did a while back for about a month maybe a little longer and had to stop for awhile. I had some issues going on and my ED reared its ugly head. I blamed juddd at first but that wasn't it. I'm trying it again and I'm eating a ton of veggies. I haven't had too much trouble with being hungry so far. I think its because I just allow myself to snack all day. I do totally raw veggies wen I'm at work and it works like a charm. I take half a cup of fage to work for breakfast and 1 boiled egg for the afternoon. The rest of the time its veggies. I load a big baggie with 1 cut up zucchini, 1 cut up cucumber, 3oz baby carrots and 2 cups broccoli flowerets. I have some 0 cal hot sauce and some mustard I keep at work that I will use for dipping. Then for dinner its a big salad with lots of spring mix, mushrooms, some tomato, and either 1or 2 boiled eggs and sf maple grove farms raspberry vinagrette dressing. Doing good with this so far. Its been interesting this week having 2 DDs at home. I made it but its much tougher. It looks like we both have the same numbers for juddd. I'm having trouble even getting over 1500 cals on UDs. I have tob work on that. Its still the eating disorder mentality sometimes that I have to fight. I'm actually hoping juddd will help me with that. We shall see. I know you have struggled with ED yourself so we should be a support to each other. I'm hoping for a nice UD tomorrow. With everything I have planned out to eat I'm under 1400 cals so I need to at least try to add some fat somewere. Off to bed. Have a good evening. Back to work tomorrow...uggghhh
Shelly was talking about me, beeb! I have been bulimic for a long time.... I do binge, but usually purge too! Haven't dud either since march 28 this year when I started lc!!!.
Like shelly says, it is sometimes hard to keep to my UD limit, without guilt.
Sticking to lowish carbs, well under 100, for me, seems to keep the binge monster at bay.
Now if I can just learn to enjoy all my UD cals, I am in the way to being healed.
We will definitely support each other, shelly, and with the help of others like beeb and pat, I think we will do well!
Let's try to eat ou UD cals on our next UD... It could be a mini challenge, if u feel ready!
B - 2 mugs of coffee, each with 2 Tbsp of half & half
For lunch I added gluc powder to thicken some home made rich chicken broth, added dried parsley flakes, poultry seasoning, both onion and garlic salts, and then dumped a single can of *mixed vegetables* into the thickened broth to make a quickie soup.
The vegetables were mainly squares of potato and carrot. :confused: :stars: :laugh: The rest of the *mixed* vegetables appears to be corn and peas with the occasional green bean. I guess those are the veggies that can most easily in a logical mixture together, but I'm sure laughing about my choice. But this is my food for the day, and I have to admit, it sure was yummy for lunch. LOL
Supper will just be more of this soup, and then I'll fix a sweet spicy cinnimon-y pumpkin shake for an evening snack.
Calories are going to be kept to the DD 500 ceiling.
