It's Tuesday, What Are You Eating Today?
 
Hi Everyone!

DD for me today..and the postie brought 3 parcels..my glucomannan :clap:
my banana extract, and my new scales!:eek:

I rushed to the kitchen to make a gluc snack...1tsp of gluc, 1/2 tsp banana extracts, liquid stevia, 1/2T cocoa, and one cup of water.

Shook the tub for a few mins (good arm exercise!)..and opened it up...to find chocolate blancmange! :high5: One of my fav english puds!

This held me till 4pm...which is amazing for me! I had a few hunger pangs...but much milder..and no cat scaring tummy rumbles:laugh:


B: Gluc pud

L: Homemade veg & turkey bacon soup
83cals

D: Talaipa stirfry - 5oz talaipa, 100g shiritaki noodles, 2T garlic peri-peri sauce , 200g mixed oriental veg (made a huge bowlful...delicious!)
222 cals

S: Coffee with coffee mate
Protein Shake
100g fage & 1T sugar free maple syrup
100g carrot battons
1 mini babybel cheese
279 cals


A very tasty:

595 cals...
18g fat
26g carbs
63g protein


Only thing I havent tried outtoday is my new WW scales....but as tom is due, I think I will wait a few days longer!

You DON'T want to know! :doh::eek::stars:

UD today and I ate out tonight and even though I picked the "healthy choice" dinner that was only 455 calories it's the pieces of garlic cheese bread, bruschetta, 1/2 cup of broccoli/cheese soup AND the shared piece of Death By Chocolate Cake that I had BESIDES that "healthy choice" that probably pushed me WAY over my calories for my UD! It was my Mom's 76th birthday and we went to Atlantic City and then out to dinner with DS who is in college in that area, and we just had a BALL!! :kicking: AND it was worth every single calorie to see tears in my Mom's eyes when the wait staff and her family sang :birthday: to her! No regrets here, just a little :doh: because I could have eaten just a little bit better! ;)

Looking forward to my DD tomorrow and hoping :aprayer: I didn't do TOO much damage today! :cry::doh: :dunno:

Any extra pounds will fall oFf in a day or two... but those memories will last forever! Sounds like a lovely time was had by all...and a very delicious dinner was had by you! A healthy dinner- with all the trimmings, lol!
As you are in naintainence, I suppose all you need to do is have a weight loss DD!

You are NOT going to believe this! The scale gave me a LOSS this morning and NOT a gain! :eek::clap: Can't believe it, so I tried to "guess" the calories on Fat Secret of what I ate. I knew the dinner choice was 455 because it said so on the menu, but the soup, breads, and cake I just guess at. It was well over 1900 calories according to Fat Secret. :dunno:

I'll take the loss because sometimes my body likes to just wait a day and THEN zap me with a gain! Today is a DD and will be keeping my calories about 825 to 850, as per my maintenance schedule. Will report on the Wednesday "What are you eating today" thread this evening! :D

UD for me today. I did pretty upping my cals. Still can't get to 1900 but I made it a little over 1500...lol
And I went for a jog this morning, I went to the gym at lunch during work and walked on the treadmill for half an hour and then went back to the gym after work and hit the elliptical for half an hour. I burned about 800 cals today....woohoo

I started off this morning with a leftover half of a hamburger patty from making burgers the other night. I couldn't resist. It was calling to me, and I had just come back from my jog and was hungry. So I put a piece of cheese on it and nuked it. It was soooo good.
Then I had my piece of coconut bark. It was 1T co with half a scoop of protein powder mixed in. Made it the night before.
About 10 a work I had my yogurt. Half cup 0% fage, 1T flax, 1T cocoa, 1T pb2, half scoop protein and 1T sunflower seeds on top
Lunch was 1 can chicken breast, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup broccoli and 1T evoo poured over it. And spices.
had a snac later of 1 boiled egg with half a cut up zucchini and some pork rinds
1 serving of nuts after my workout on the elliptical
Dinner chicken over a salad of 2 cups spinach, 2 cups romaine, half cup mushrooms, half oz of cheese, 1T pecans, salsa and 1T ranch dressing
Ill have a snack ina bit of sf jello with a few dollops of fage on top

Almost 1600 calories
30 net carbs
120 grams of protein

DD this Tuesday:

Day was all screwy because I just wasn't hungry until 1:30 today. So......

B...Fiber One 80 Cal cereal with 1/2 serving Calorie Countdown Milk and 6 raspberries...104 Cals

L...2 FF Hot Dogs on a slice of 70 cal bread split in half (I got a kick out of this!) with mustard, SF relish, hot peppers, and a slice of FF Cheddar Cheese...180 Cals

D...Wrap with turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato and FF caesar dressing....251 Cals

Snacks.....Cantaloupe with 0% Fage yogurt, 1 tsp unsweetened coconut, a mock danish with all FF ingredients and egg beaters, and my usual 3 cups of various caffeine with FF half and half.......217 Cals

Total for today........752 Cals I can still have 98 cals left for my 850 DD maintenance cals, but I am done eating for tonight, actually feel over full and I don't like this feeling!

BUT, I am looking forward to my UD tomorrow to try a new pork chop recipe I found! :cool:

Down day for me, and it was very "down." I had to pick up one D at XC practice at 4:30, then run across town to pick up another D at cheer practice at 5:30. Cheer ended up running late and we didn't get home until 6:25, and I had to immediately run back to the high school because it was open house night. I ran the kids through the McDonalds drive-thru, but there was no way I was getting something there. I didn't get back home until 9:30 - too late to eat. If you don't eat dinner, calories will be lower. The good news is that I wasn't hungry and I'm still not.

B: Pumpkin shake (just almond milk and pumpkin, no protein powder). 67 calories, 8.5 carbs

S: half cup of Fage nonfat yogurt. 65 calories, 4.5 carbs

L: Sauteed onions, mushrooms and string beans (Pam only) with a tbsp. of bacon bits. This was YUMMY!! 96 calories, 13.5 carbs

S: wedge of Laughing Cow Light Swiss cheese. 35 calories (forgot to check carbs).

So a grand total of 262 calories, 26.5 carbs, 19 net carbs (plus whatever was in the cheese). I had skimped a bit on calories early in the day because I was looking forward to a big piece of leftover pork roast and some broccoli for dinner. Oh well, I'll get my pork roast and broccoli tomorrow. . . .
