Are there any food you DONT count the calories of?

Was just wondering this tonight, as I sipped my green tea, and planned a choc shake for tomorrows DD.

I track every calorie in ***...but have never, since I started low carb, counted the cals in plain tea, coffee, or xanthan. (and I was wondering about glucommanan too...)

I know they must have one or 2...even my non-tofu shiritaki noodles have about 5 per 100g on the label?

I DONT want to become obbsessive...but I know, esp on DD's, every cal counts.

So, fellow judders...is there anything you dont count...or am I just being a slacker? :o

Because I'm doing Weight Watchers a la JUDDD, I don't count fruits and veggies. (I do limit my fruit servings to 2 per day, because they are more caloric than veggies, but that's not Officially On The WW Program!) I personally don't think that the calories in green tea would push anyone over the edge, unless it was a green tea latte with added sugar and whipped cream! Basically, I am taking the "this-is-a-lifestyle" approach.

I don't count calories in plain teas or black coffee. The white shirataki noodles supposedly have 0 calories in them, but the kind that has seaweed added to them (the speckled brown ones) have a few cals, and I do keep track of them when I eat that kind of shirataki noodle. The glucomannon powder doesn't have calories.

yes! that is the attitude I want to have!
Trouble with me, is I am a bit obsessive...then can't keep up with my own high expectations...and end up giving up!

Thanks sohappy...i drink lots of lemon green tea, and blackberry green tea...glad I dont have to count them!

I don't count coffee or tea either, but do add 2 or 3 calories in my head for them. Don't know why either! :dunno::doh:
