My Glucomannan Is Arriving Tomorrow!

Feel a bit:blush: about getting excited over the delivery of a bottle of fiber...but if I can share it here, where can I?

Its a DD tomorrow, and tom is due any day now...so I sure will be needing something sweet n filling.

Could someboy recommend an easy sweet low cal Gluc dessert....preferably with enough chocolate to stop me biting somebodies head off?

DD's and pmt dont go very well

..tho on UD's they're a breeze!

Have you looked in the recipe thread for JUDDD or here: Glucomannan Recipes

Lots of good ideas in both for the gluc powder!

My powder actually arrived yesterday.... But I was out so a card was left. Am anxiously waiting its arrival today! Will check that thread now.
