CoCo Pop Cakes

Anyone try these? They are everywhere in the stores around me. A big, flat grain cake thing that reminds me of a flat rice cake.

I got some that are "lite" only 16 calories and yesterday I spread a wedge of laughing cow cheese on there and had a GREAT, crunchy, cheesy snack for only 51 calories!

Here is a pic of one and the ingredient list:

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour, Wheat Flour, Brown Rice Flour, White Corn Flour, Water & Sea Salt.

If it's crispy, count me in! Aldi's has some small flavored rice cake *crisps* which I think are great for a snack. They come in caramel and cheddar cheese flavors, and are pretty tasty if you need something like that on a DD.

Woot! I'll be on the lookout for them in my local store. Hope they're being stocked around here.

Wow! I want to get some of these, because they'd be a great base for a taco salad!

Beeb where did you find them and what section of the store? I need these! I'm always trying to find things like that. I bought some spelt bread today and I can't wait to try it. 40 cals and 7 carbs per slice. I haven't eaten bread in.......I have no idea...lol

I've seen them in Wegman's. Sort of like a rice cake but crunchier.

I find them usually in the produce aisle of Shop Rite or Wegman's The ones I got were from a Flea Market where the Amish have a store. They come from a machine and you can see them popping out. If you google Coco Foods on u tube you will see how they are made.

And they do taste like a rice cake like jeaniem says, but better, not as hard but still crunchy!

WHERE did you find the spelt bread and can you PM me the brand name? Thanks, it sounds so good!!
