Anyone keep the same set days for UD's and DD's?
Sort of like a mon, wed, fri UD, and Tue, thur, sat DD?
Thinking this would suit me, as I found gym on a DD harder than usual! And if u do, what do u do about the extra day... Think i read somewhere it is treated as a moderate day? How does this work for weightloss? Thanks! Jo X |

Way too much time on my hands!

Weight losses seem to work just fine with this alternation, and it does have the advantage of knowing which days are going to be which, so making dinner plans and party plans are a whole lot easier. |

I do it every other day so sometimes I have 3 DDs and 4 UDs and then the next week I have 4 DDs and 3 UDs'
When I need to, like this weekend, I throw a MD in there whenever I think it's going to be needed. Working just fine for me this way!! ![]() |

I'm ending the 2 and 1 rotation experiment, which didn't seem to result in any particular advantage over the 1 and 1 rotation, at least not enough to make it worth doing in my estimation. So for me, I'll go back to my every other day rotation, and then use the MDs to push the alternation schedule around as needed for our social lives here! (LOL.. big social lives! Mostly when we like to eat out with friends!)
Usually we're able to just arrange going out on the various evenings that are UDs in my rotation that week anyway, so it works just fine. |
