I would follow protocol on DDs and P3 on UDs.

Be sure to track your foods, especially on the UDs.

Drink lots of water.

If you end up having an UD on your DD, just do another DD to get caught up (I recently had to do this).

Be sure to experiment on UD with cals until you hit that magic number.

I will post daily, if you like? Just let me know.

Thanks Connie. That was during my first round on Atkins. I had lost 72 pounds in about 18 months. I've gained all the weight back since, after maintaining for 3.5 years. I've been on and off hcg since having a baby in 2009.

I released .2 after my first DD, then had 2 UDs and released .8s on both days. Total of 1.8 in 3 days. Not bad in my opinion.

I'm going to adjust my cals on UDs so I can lose a little faster. I've been eating between 1500-1950 on UDs.

Meek, are you still doing this? Anybody else out there doing these? I'm kind of interested in seeing how it's working out for you. Let me know!

Jessica, let us know over in the JUDDD thread if you find out more about this. I know there is a period of 500-calorie days.. I think for three weeks maybe, but I've always wondered if the HCG takes away their appetites so that those who follow the plan don't feel any hunger.

Be careful of GNC their HCG program has NO HCG in it and costs much more than actual HCG plans.
