What is JUDD?

Just read a post that some people are doing JUDD, but I dont know what it is.

Except that the site is no longer there. Sorry.

It is expected that the JUDDD site is being redesigned and this is the reason it is currently absent. But nobody know the real reason.

Anyway, as mentioned, we are hidden under the *Other Plans* banner here on LCF. Would love to see you come visit us.

I just looked into a site that gives you all the info, but I'm a little confused by the 20% induction on the down days.

According to the calculator I can only have 345 calories during this 2 week phase on my down days.

That is just insane to me and I KNOW I would never be able to function with such very low calorie restriction on those days.

Maybe I'm missing something? HELP!!!

Mine came out to 413 on the down days. But, I am pretty sure that with the help of protein shake meal replacements, I can do that. Remember, the next day you eat your up calories and for me that came out to 2.067. I don't usually eat that many calories, but it's nice to know it's there.
