If you check the "Other Plans," you'll see our thread. The first post for each month contains a description from the JUDDD official website.

You can also Google JUDDD and get to that website for more info.

We're a place for leads for info, tips and support Domino...and Leo did just that. Thanks Leo.

Hi!

JUDDD is AWESOME!

This is a new JUDDD thread that covers JUDDD and allows menus and food discussions! Friendly support!

Except that the site is no longer there. Sorry.

It is expected that the JUDDD site is being redesigned and this is the reason it is currently absent. But nobody know the real reason.

Anyway, as mentioned, we are hidden under the *Other Plans* banner here on LCF. Would love to see you come visit us.

I just looked into a site that gives you all the info, but I'm a little confused by the 20% induction on the down days.

According to the calculator I can only have 345 calories during this 2 week phase on my down days.

That is just insane to me and I KNOW I would never be able to function with such very low calorie restriction on those days.

Maybe I'm missing something? HELP!!! :notwrthy:

Mine came out to 413 on the down days. But, I am pretty sure that with the help of protein shake meal replacements, I can do that. Remember, the next day you eat your up calories and for me that came out to 2.067. I don't usually eat that many calories, but it's nice to know it's there.

Buttercup and Beeb, come on over to the JUDDD for JULY: Discussions of Daily Life, Eating, Foods & Supplements thread, where we talk about a lot of this.
