Several of us on this thread have thyroid issues. I hope we can support you in that area. I hope you find success with JUDDD. It's a good stall breaker for many.

Welcome Jessica! I'm new at this too. Although I've calorie counted for years, just never like this. And I do LC too. I feel so much better eating this way.

This is the first time since this am I've had my pc. My kids have had it outside playing music while they had friends over.

My husband is off work til Thursday.... What can I get him to do for me? He cooked dinner today and it was good. Fish! He even made mine so I could eat it. They have theirs in Flour and fried in oil. He even cleaned up afterwards. I can't complain.

I'm just lounging around tomorrow. No plans at all. But I'll be here! Can't wait to weigh in tomorrow after my MD today. Tomorrow is a DD....I'm ready!
