Oh Mah Gawd I am SO hungry today.
I can feel a WOOSH coming on, pretty much!
This morning, the day after my UD, I was only .4 above lowest sig weight. I KNOW I will have a new low tomorrow.
I know it. I better. I'm starving and I ate my "lunch" already. But I also looked on the ML where they're talking about meat pies and cream cheese and bacon, etc. All of which I can eat tomorrow, right?
Oh, so hungry. More hungry than I've been in several weeks on a DD.

Hey everyone...

Typing from my Holiday Inn (awesome corner room!). Went to TJ's and stocked up on some LC staples for my lil' fridge. Today was supposed to be DD, but it's gonna wind up medium-ish--two meals out with friends, and I am only going to be moderate.

You are all doing so great...I am so proud of everyone. Yes, we can do hard things, especially only one little day at a time.

You're an inspiration to us, Bill. Your enthusiasm for this WOE is contagious.

I had a terrible end of September (a few days of both carbs and high calories!) and plan to re-dedicate myself to JUDDD and low carb this month. I've been reading on Mark's Daily Apple and think I'm going to 'go primal.' I've already ditched grains and dairy, so this WOE really fits my low carb style. If you haven't seen his website, it's really informative.

I may even buy his book, although all the principles are pretty clear from the info on the website.

I say screw September LOL. Its over. We're all back in it for October I think!
