Know that this situation will get better and these horrible feelings will pass. I have anxiety disorder and have had times when I felt like I wanted to die to escape the horrible feelings of the panic attacks. I felt the same way you are describing. I now take Paxil and that has saved me. Your life is worth more than any amount of money. Even if you have to find a free clinic, you need to tell someone that you are thinking of hurting yourself. If you went to an ER and told them that, I doubt they would turn you away. With the proper medication and therapy you can beat this....it will pass if you hold on

It doesn't matter if it saves your precious life. You will probably be put on meds, which probably will make life alot more pleasant..

Some places don't charge and others have a payment plan.

Just go..and let us know.

That's a good idea - see if there is a HELP line listed in your phone book. This sounds like anxiety attacks, which I have too. Medication is what helps me. I take sarafem which is just prozac by another name.

They will have you go to an ER and get seen. That's what happened with me.

I did the whole mental health/uninsured thing years ago which led me to being diagnosed with bipolar disorder. DH was so happy it was something treatable that he didn't complain about the bill.

For me, everything cost less than a months' pay and I went to the local hospital. They were very kind. I was in and out the same day and I had been actively sucidal for a while.

The county mental health clinics can be pretty grim, but they do have a sliding scale.

I think you should go to the ER. Let them have the needs assessment person assess you and they will give you community resources. There is also a crisis center in most communtities. They can give you places to go. I know my families psychiatrist also works at one of the community clinics funded by the county.

If you say the word suicide it tells me you need to go to an ER NOW!!!!!!!!

I work in an ER and they must see you and they must have a psychologist or social worker see you.

Please tell us how you are doing. I do worry about you!!!

I hope you are feeling tons better today! I hope reading everyone's love and support will help you. I too would also suggest you find a clinic. You can get a payment plan for your health, but you can't get one on your life.

Praying for you...

There are a lot of things that come to mind physically that may or may not be helpful in the interim while you are finding a dr or free clinic...

Are you drinking ANYTHING with artificial sweetners??? watch this (Free Movies & Documentaries - Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World (2004)) and read the thread by fawn here (http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ma...et-misery.html)

Are you drinking enough water??? Dehydration messes with your mind.

Are you getting enough sleep??? Are you super stressed about something??? I've found that Vitamin B really helps me with panic AND depression...I take a B100 Complex, first thing in the morning and at lunch (not at night because it keeps me awake.)

What is your diet like? Are you low carbing??? Mixed carbing??? Low fatting??? I get crazy with high carbs...literally can not think.

I hope something helps very soon, and as I said before I'm praying for you.

sweet lady go to the ER and screw work. you have a health reason. they don't need to know what it is. the ER will give you a note to be off work.

Dizzy can be lots of things. They will probably give you something like Antivert which helps dizziness but makes you sleepy.

I remember you mentioning suicide. I truly believe if you have thoughts like this and a plan of any sort you need to go to the hospital!!!!
