Don't want to scare you, but just found this from The Mayo Clinic's website - because it specifically mentions protein, I wanted to bring it to your attention:

What does it mean when you have foamy urine? Should I be concerned if it doesn't go away after a few days?

Mayo Clinic urologist Erik Castle, M.D., and colleagues answer select questions
from readers.

Answer:

Foamy urine is likely nothing to worry about if it happens only occasionally and isn't getting progressively more noticeable. It may just mean that you urinated rapidly, maybe with more concentrated urine — such as due to mild dehydration. You could drink more water to see if it goes away.

However, persistently foamy urine can be a sign of protein in your urine (proteinuria), which requires further evaluation. Large amounts of protein in urine may indicate a serious kidney problem.

If you're concerned about foamy urine, consult your doctor. He or she may recommend a urine analysis, which can detect protein in urine. If protein is detected in your urine, your doctor likely will recommend additional tests to determine the cause.

I am guessing that the CO kind of blocks the pores down there so you don't sweat as much? How do you guys not slip in the shower with all this CO in there!?

If it works though, I am game! I have been getting funkier than usual from the gym

CO has antibacterial/antifungal properties that prevent the odor causing bacteria from growing.

Hey Effexor!! what's up?

3 20 sec planks is a great start! Keep doin them! They are a good exercise!

I've replied back to you on various other threads Don't know if ya got 'em yet....

Ok....I have been doin this diet for a week now....lost some weight(most likely water) I don't think I'm in Ketosis my keto sticks are not changing color(although I drink soooo much water and workout 5 times a week) my pee doesn't smell out of the ordinary my breath is normal...I don't have any keto symptoms! I'm frustrated!! I think carbs are sneakin into my diet somehow. I think through coffee creamer and gum. Any suggestions?

LMAO I forget! I eat asparagus so often that my pee always seems to smell!

I do recall the different sweat odor I had, both with myself and my hubby.

it is actually a more pleasant odor than from someone who went without deoderant and had just the icky repulsive sweaty smell. it is kind of tinny and not repulsive.. but different.

Try being 40, have 3 LARGE babies and slack off on the keigles. You change panties a LOT and if you are in Ketiosis and leak a little ya smell like a cat box~If the cat were in Ketosis.
Plus your regular normal discharge from 'there' will have a smell too, Just like your sweat stinks more from ketosis.
Thats why the CO helps~
